Totally agree. Both of these are great. Thankfully I picked up the S5II in December with a great deal that came with both of these lenses for just AU$2,800 so I didn't have to choose.

Sigma 16-28 is the best bang for the buck ultrawide for L-Mount. You don’t need anything wider except for something like photographing extremely tight spaces for real estate photography- then get the lumix 14-28. For everything else Sigma 16-28 will be the best.
