InnoTab 3S Registration & Firmware Upgrade

This video shows the registration and firmware upgrade process for the InnoTab 3S. The overall process took over 30 minutes. I had to restart the Learning Lodge Navigator software a couple of times and reconnect the USB cable a couple of times to get it to complete - DO NOT remove restart or reconnect anything when the actual upgrade is in progress! It could make your InnoTab 3S not work properly.

It doesn't have a setting for the Innotabs, but it does have settings for things like ipods, ipads, android phones and tablets... those sort of things. If you want an easy converter for InnoTabs, you'll want to look at something like DVD Catalyst. It costs $10, but it is real easy to use. They have a trial version so you can try it before you buy it. I got the free licenses because I've purchased some of their other products in the past.

Do the kids connect works for you? I can even open the app in my phone it's saying incorrect id or password but I got everything ready!

Just wondering ...what would I need the WinX Video converter for? is it similar to the website you used to download you tube vids to the Innotab?

I purchased the innotab 3s and it won't connect to my computer so I can register with the Learning Lodge. It says it isn't compatible with my computer. I've tried several operating systems. Any idea on how I can fix this?

Even I am facing the same issue, I purchased it new, cable is connecting, can exchange the files too. but when I go for parent registration "Create New Account" and it says "Vtech device not found....." it is very very disappointing.... can any one please suggest ...

It took over 4 hours to register and it never did download the firmware. I had too just stop it
So now I really don't know what to do it sent me an e mail to my phone and said it sad registered but it still trekking me to register so I need some suggestions what to do
