- I've had a major light bulb moment that I just had to share with you and the concept of it is actually SO obvious! Hi Alex. Good Video thanks. I use both lead and Trail arm swings when warming up it helps me to extend my Rotation reducing stiffness but also raises confidence to bottom out without trying to control and force the position of the Club and where it impacts which we know is bad. However I have found in particular when practising the lead hand alone that it brings in an early arching of the back before Release which makes forward shaft lean and bottoming out target side of the ball inconsistant unless your moving your middle point 4 inches plus towards the target.

Hi Alex, as a left hander, playing golf right handed I’d be interested in the difference between lead arm strong golfers vs the normal trail arm strong golfers (right handed people playing as a right handed golfer (or the opposite). Cheers mate, Marcus.
Am i right to understand that whats being demonstrated here is the old school way/ hand rotation way of releasing alex? This is contrast to the modern/ body rotation release right? And if so, which of the two is better or more commonly seen/used? Thanks in advance (tyia)

I am disabled following a bad stroke, I was 12 handicap pre-stroke, but now it feels like I’m just using my arms, instead of using my body, and arms following.

Alex, why did you say the old bubble shaft TaylorMade drivers are illegal?
I hit an absolutely terrible shot to about 8 foot for my only birdie last round. I earlier I almost shanked one to 10 foot.
The main thing way I was coming in close to square and clubface was close to square. I think I used every part of the face that round though and shot two under my handicap.
How do I hit the driver HIGHER? 🤷🏼♂️

There is a lot of gold in these tips, well put together, well explained etc but I can’t keep doing the click bait titles 93% … 99% etc … I just want to watch videos that are fixing a problem I have, if you can title the videos like that then I’m all in. But clickbait titles and I’ll start blocking the channel from my feed. 94% of people that hit “don’t show this channel” do it because of clickbait titles (also watching heaps of swing tip videos that aren’t relevant to a player can actually be really bad for people’s game)

As I was told recently, hips to the hole. Or tits to the target. Whatever suits you best. Found that using a swing trainer called a GEM trainer made a huge difference. Great video again 👏
