It amazing how far industrial design for speakers has come since wooden boxes the size of mini fridges (wired of course) and the biggest subs they could fit in them.
I am playing the SRS RA 5000 for a few hours now. This speaker and RA 360 is awesome. The sound is so clear and powerful and for sure you can play it with movies as well as with music. Discovering every sounds, people walking in the street, doors opening, the mechanics of a piano or a guitar. That’s Hi Fi sound system, powerful, but in a small device. No need of huge hifi sound system anymore. And you transmute every sound on the go. Listening mostly to classical music and that is very very good. You are in the studio, beside the pianist or facing the orchestra playing. Enjoying this Sunday the Berliner Philarmoniker. Shining event. So waouhhhhhh !!! I think this will become the new norm. Hurrays Sony !!!! You made it !!!! 🙂👌

I don’t know man, I have the XM4’s and did the whole 360 audio trial on tidal but never really heard something mind blowing. Literally the only song that sort off sounded different was Physical by Dua lipa.

Get a Sony Extra bass speaker if that's what you want to review. It's designed to give you ambient sound and surround sound out if a single unibody speaker like what you might experience in a coffee shop. I have the speaker and I can attest that's exactly what it does. Sound is very subjective. And if you like loud, base heavy party speakers.....as Flossy seems to.....then it's not the speaker for you.

The thing about all these smart speakers with their gimmicky features is they will be forgotten and then be sold on Facebook Market place for $60 Nothing like the Bowers & Wilkins A7 Airplay speaker back in the day ($780). Or the Bose SoundDock 10 ($700), OR The OG iPod Hifi ($349) these Hifi Speakers will Never be forgotten.
I can't stand fake reviews given by youtubers who have obviously been given a product and told exactly what to say by the manufacturer in order to get the product they review for free. Fake reviews are very easy to spot and this is no exception.
Paid promotion is clearly addressed at the beginning. Regardless, I'm still buying the RA 3000 because of my great experience with Sony audio, and other products
I hope sony sponsors the same product with other reviewers too so they cover some tech aspects of it.. Like battery life and loudness in dB or frequency response. Videos on this channel usually only cover for the average user and feel as if she's reading from the spec sheet.
