I had severe pain and suffered for almost 1year and later found below two exercises helped me to completely got out of the pain 1.Sit on chair , Put pillow between your knees and squeeze the pillow hard , exert pressure at knee. Do 10 times in one sitting , 3 times a day 2.Sit on chair , lift your leg straight ( let knee be straight) and hold it for 3 / 4 seconds , repeat on both legs 10 times each side , 3 times a day
I believe that this is my problem. Because i tried to lift an 300 lbs + woman above my head, when I was 21 years old. When i weighed only 135 lbs. And ever since,.... You can CLEARLY see that I misaligned my spine. And I also had some blood red spots along the spine joints, associated with immense pain that are literally located in the EXACT area that she is pointing in, on my Spine.
This is very comforting. I'm a 16 year old student football player who works on the weekends so I'm always on my feet and my lower back is starting to take a beating due to lack of rest. I've gotten recent back pain, and testicular aches a few days ago and when searching for reasons I've stumbled upon severe things like testicular cancer but I believe that this helped clear up some of that. Might still go to the doctor just in case, but thank you!

The last year I felt like I had been kicked in my testicles. Just crushing pain. I had a small hernia in my groin that was fat not intestines. They were convinced it was spinal or anything but the hernia. I had hernia surgery three weeks ago and the testicle pain is nearly gone minus soreness from surgery in the side of the incision. I actually feel like I have increased sensation after a year of agony. The fat was pressing against nerves and when I would lift anything it was moving in and out. I gladly exchanged the surgical pain to not have testicle pain. It ruins your quality of life pretty handily.

The mesh burned like hell for about eight weeks but much better now. Now for hip surgery. They swore it was spinal but nope.

@@Busted_News That doesn’t sound good. If the pain isn’t severe and there isn’t swelling then it might not be anything serious. If you do have those symptoms as well though, I’d go back to the ER and tell them all your symptoms, including the nausea.

Last week, I went to hospital emergency because the pain was bit aggravated and they tested urine/ blood and did testicular altra sound and Kidney CT scan every thing was normal . And later I went to sexual health clinic and I also had all normal result ( no sexual transmitted disease)however they prescribed me 2 weeks antiobiotic for epididymytis for incase ... but still the mild pain is there . What can I do? ... I still have discomfort on right testicles . Pls help me
