My vet called me to give my Rottweiler 1 raw egg, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of olive oil mix it in dry dog food three times a week that will help with the shedding. Not just for the summer but year around. Rottweilers do shed and this will cut down the shedding and keeping her groomed once a month or every six weeks will also help with the shedding.
I have owned many rotties and know rottie owners.. My girls would shed crazy amounts of their coat some years and other years not so much.. My boy Toko shed crazy amounts every year.. Some carry a heavier coat and will shed worse than others.. The amount you cleaned up was NOTHING compaired to Toko's.. It's normal I swear it is..
@@kotttherott183 I know you are, my comments are mostly for others to have info from a life long rottie owner plus i just wanted you to know about the rubber brush that works amazing on them. I think i have owned EVERY brush there is and that rubber one is best every day use one and doesn't damage their coat... I know a goid owner when I see one.. You do great by them Big-o- bbyz...

My Rottie sheds a lot. Especially spring / summer.

I go through this everyday I know. I got two Rottweiler as well nothing you can do. Buy Swiffer.😅
