I didnt knewmuch about vipassana while i was practicing yoga at mumbai also teaching yoga and martial arts ...once i was sitting in vajrasana counting the breath ..and as my teacher had said ..i was observing thpughts with SAKSHIBHAVNA and lo it happen i saw huge light inside circulating with a thud ..i felt i m rising and m separate from the body ..i sat there for five hours i didnt knew where the time went away and d space ...later on i came to know this sakshibhavna was from Siddhartha Buddha ...i thought once of attending at igadpuri but there were long que ...so forgot it ...i went to many masters but no one can help you control your mind ..as Siddharth did by himself with this way ...thanks to him ...big philosophy s are there bit if one cannot control his mind its of no use thanks ....
Vipasanna is about observing breath and observing the gaps between breathing in and breathing out. It is through observing the gaps, one enters the divine. Observing only breath and sensations, one will be in annamaya Kosha. To transcend annamayakosha, it’s important to enter the gap between breathin n breath out.
I was blessed to attend dozen of Vipasana courses at Igatpuri and Gorai under guidence of Great S.N.Goenka . I could get this guided meditation recently on u tube. I feel lucky to follow it every day since then Thanks to organisers.LET EVERYBODY BE HAPOY AND PEACEFUL WITH BLESSINGS OF GOENKAJI.❤❤

Yes you can do with recording till your practice stabilises . No specific time . preferably empty stomach , even if food is taken atleast after 1 hour so that you dont fall asleep
