Meat: Flap Meat (Grade: Choice)
- 1.5 lbs.
부위: 치마살 (등급: 초이스)
- 700 g.
The Marinade:
- 4 tbsp. Freshly diced cilantro (고수 4 큰술)
- 2 Freshly diced green onions (실파 2 개)
- 1/4 Diced Onions (양파 1/4개)
- 1 Orange (오랜지 1개)
- 1/2 Lime (라임 1/2개)
- 10 oz. Beer (맥주 10 oz.)
- 2 tsp. Salt (소금 2 tsp.)
- 2 tsp. Pepper (후추 2 tsp.)
- 1 tbsp. of Crushed Pepper (그러쉬드 페퍼 1큰술)
- 1 tbsp. of Paprika Powder (파프리카 파우더 1큰술)
- 1 tbsp. of Garlic Powder (갈릭 파우더 1큰술)
- 4 cloves of minced garlic (다진 마늘 4개)
The Marination:
- Marinate up to 24 hours or whatever amount of time you have. Marinating it is
what makes the difference!
