- In this video we review The Whizza from 8BallDirect.com This is a pool ball cleaning kit which consists of a container for the pool balls and a polishing pad which attachs to a cordless drill (drill not included). The kit also includes a microvibre cloth and a 125ml bottle of Clean & Shine, a ball cleaning and shining solution that is applied to the balls before they are polished. This product gives a quicker solution to cleaning all the balls by hand, but is cheaper than the very expensive pool ball cleaning machines that clean the whole set of balls together.
I was sent this product by 8 Ball Direct and was not paid to endorse this product in any way.
The Whizza can be purchased from www.8BallDirect.com
The shots are carried out on a 7ft UK 8 ball table

Made one for less than 15 dollars, 6 inch PVC cap, buffing pad 9 to 10 inch from harbor freight, 6 inch buffing pad for my drill, works great, I lined it with felt just for extra protection 10 cents a piece at Walmart, does 4 balls at a time
I made my own one following a youtube video guide, works a treat and very low cost. All you need is a bucket, a cheap car polisher/buffer, and a spare bit of carpet.
Got a link mate?
Great idea, I love this
I also use turtle wax paste car polish. Nice video!!
I have had mine for a few months now and used it 4 or 5 times. I have not yet mastered the right quantity of spray, I mostly seem to use too much and they need drying afterwards. Also it’s really important not to press too hard as when I first used it the yellow balls definitely lost some of their colour!! You still have to clean the white by hand though as it’s a different size. Still, loads quicker overall than cleaning your balls by hand 😊
Good to hear from someone who's been using it a while and all good points. It does say in the paperwork that came with it, to leave the balls for 30 seconds afterwards to dry. Definitely a fine balance between not enough and too much. And yes the white ball is smaller in the English game so gets missed if you put it in with the object balls. I just did it on it's own.
Is the actual plastic bowl made by a 3D printer? That is my main concern.
6:30 They look horrifically dull mate. Either you need a cutting compound (like green/blue top 3M) or you forgot to buff them with a clean microfibre cloth.
Not being negative, but I worked in the bodyshop for 25yrs, I have a keen eye and I would be extremely displeased with your results.
edit: those lambs wool mop heads should last you at least 12-24mnths.
To be fair, the balls are well used. You get far better results with newer balls.
50 pounds for a foamed bucket?!?
Cleaning this way leaves little spots on the balls because of no compartment which separates the balls for sure
No it doesnt
Only thing i dont like is balls colliding with each other.
Do the balls not collide when you break?
@@darktherapy I know, I see your point.
