Stronghold Crusader 2 is the long awaited sequel to Stronghold Crusader, the original 'castle sim'. After 12 years Stronghold returns to the deserts of the Middle East circa 1189, with a new 3D engine and realistic castle destruction powered by Havok Physics. Stronghold Crusader 2 will recapture the original game’s addictive, fast-paced gameplay and authentic castle simulation. I started doing these learning campaigns to learn how to play the game and then this fucking mission comes along... Who thought it was a good idea to throw a game where the player is at a huge disadvantage at a new player before they even know what many of the buildings do or have grasp on how the popularity mechanic works.
There is still an article about how to finish all the learning campaigns, and yeah without this you'd be wondering on how to clear the mission like I have before as well, and it is child's play from thereon
I love the fact that this game is quite difficult from the start like Stronghold Crusader 1
There is actually a Steam achievement to finish this mission within 10 minutes. I'd like to see you do this :-)
There's steam achievements that are barely possible, like torture for completionists. e.g universe sandbox wants you to play a game for a year nonstop.
Oh man i miss this game so much!! I played him years ago when i was a student. I would love to play it again. Now i have windows 10 or Mac not XP
This can be played via Steam on both Windows and MAC (porting kit).
I've just installed it a week ago. Cost me about $3 via a steam key online

Sergiu you are amazing and your videos are great! Im curious to know. A lot of the missions you do are set in day. When I played Antioch it was set in the night. Is there a way to change it or is it randomised? Thank you
The reason u have no food is because it takes abit of timer before the apple farms start producing apples. Until the trees go red there nothing. If they're green than no. (I post this as you complain about it. I haven't seen the rest of the video yet but if you do end up realizing why its not working than please forgive me for wasting your time.)
I got the steam achievement for rushing "Antiochia" in 10 days on difficulty "hard".
I would like to watch you to do this. But it's a very scarce thing. A lot of planning is required.

It's much better than Stronghold 3, Atleast they Realized how big a fuckup that was and returned somewhat to their roots.

There was a bug, I played yesterday. My economy was at peak, good defensive formation and good popularity. But, the peasants weren't working.
Dude for the nth time how do you rotate the camera. Btw im here bec i cant beat this stage. Well done didnt think abt that strategy.
