Hey man i want to ask you. My bullet which runs on cb point can only idle in less gap. It can't handle the .34mm gap factory spec. So does it vary from bullet from bullet. If i set gap more than less it will mis fire. It just handles a hair thickness width

it varies due to over all wear and tear of the machine part. you can also control by adjusting the spark plug gap towards little higher side. thanks

if it is old then check for pitting...because thats the normal first thing happens to CBs

@@MechAutoClinic yeah it has spots. Like burnt and rough ones. If i re gap with normal specs it starts to spark, literally sparks. But it doens't when i gap it less. And idles okay. Thanks for your suggestions. Ill change the plate

if u see spark means wrong setting of CB and possibly faulty condenser. ...check for pitting face point. if u see then best is to replace old stuff for better performance.
