Having a timer in zombies still feels so arbitrary
It appears that most players feel the same way about the timer being too short but it doesn't seem like its something they will address anytime soon unfortunately .
It pulls me out of the experience so much and creates a lot of added anxiety. Especially when playing with random players who don’t use mics
Definitely but I mean that’s the real difference between round based zombies and what this is supposed to be (not round based) but I 100% agree about having a timer

Im fine with there being a timer, but I wish they’d increase it to an Hour and 15 minutes before the storm closes, rather than 45 minutes.
The SVA two shot burst is modelled off of the AN-94 which was designed to be able to shoot two shots before the recoil from the first shot affected the shooter. the rounds shoot at around 1800 rpm on the AN-94
It’s actually better to shoot it semi auto if you have a good trigger finger for faster TTK

for the xrk stalker i usually just leave it as a scope in itself. Since the deadshot perk aim assist only works on snipers with scopes. Otherwise with a rechambering gun its very hard to use the gun at its best strength which is its headshot multiplier. with a sight that u have to manually adjust when crowded like in the video,missing the headshot multiplier in the showcasing of the gun
Idk after using both the Tyr's and the lockwood 680 I gotta take the lockwood ez pick. Double the ammo, faster reload, still good movement, does noticeably more damage and def beats it out on ranged it's basically a damn sniper. Tyr's still fun to use but if I had to choose it's def the lockwood. With all that in mind I have heard the lockwood slugs are a bug and could potentially be fixed so if that's the case then right back to the Tyr's lol.
The Tyr is so much better against elites though, not worth switching to the Lockwood imo
Even with the tyrs pap dmg being reduced by a big 50% there still better they still output more dmg bc there akimbo, i would say the only reason i would reccommend the lockwood over the tyrs is if your on controller bc you can just abuse dead shot and using akimbos on controller is impossible but if your on M&K def take the tyrs there so much better in dmg and even 1 shot heavy zombies in T3 if you hit the head

@@bubblegumpop078 lockwood 680 OS zombie t3 if you aim down sight, shoot in the sky hip and then aim down sight and shoot again you will understand why also lockwood dps far higher since there is 20x 10 12gauge slugs total
yep, lockwood is def the best for now, even in elder dark aether it stays good.
17:26 there is a setting so that instead of tapping fire, you can just hold it and it will essentially be auto. very handy for burst weapons
It feels like you fire slower with it on
Edit: While yes, it is in fact slower if you hold down the button, you can still use your trusty trigger finger. So it's more like a backup if your finger is sore.
i would consider the reload speed, just think about how convenient is that the weapon have a quick reload and doesn't have speed-cola dependency, one of the things that hold back weapons like the battle rifles and the dual snake shots (TYR) is that need to have speed cola to make them viable.
The SVA is a fictional depiction of the AN-94. The hyperburst barrel irl allows it to reach 1800 RPM conpared to the lowly 600ish RPM with regular full auto. Wouldst really consider these "quirks". They're actually real world features of the gun that never surfaced from being so intricate and expensive.
For burst shots and single shots to cause less fatigue in your finger, go to controller setting and look for Manual fire behavior and change to hold doesn’t shoot faster then tapping but it helps

i'm glad you mentioned the tonfas, but they're more than just good at dealing with elites. They absolutely shred elites, especially in the red zone. Even at epic rarity tier 2 PAP you can take down tier 3 bounty normal elites without dying if you're quick enough. Also it is THE weapon for taking down Stormcallers, nothing comes close. Took me only two seconds to take one down.
On the melee weapon, it has to do with the 3rd it. It was tested that the 3rd hit does insane damage. You can take down the stormcaller with a grey/white tonfa.

@@janalbrecht8223 ok and? Number of hits will vary from which is grey or have a tool or even paped. Point I was making is its the 3rd hit is the one that matters as it does the most damage.

When im doing a Elder Sigil or the Red Worm I use the RPK from MW2. The damage output is amazing especially when you put armor peircing rounds on. Make sure its Legendary tripple packed also.
I’ve used all of these and the Lockwood shotgun is still the best imo.
My absolute safe bet meta loadout would always be scorcher and lockwood/akimbo swarms. swarm or lockwood is just so much clearing power and straight dmg to elites. I find it really hard to ever get into danger or any trouble with both of these weapons. I mean you just shred waves of zombies immediately even if theyre right up on you or even if they are at mid/long range. All the other guns I feel have a type of niche play about them. Ive certainly ran into trouble and have had to play a certain way/more carefully using the TYR. sure the tyr is excellent damage but its just so ez to get swarmed and taken down if you are not conscious of zombie waves/positioning. the other guns just mows everything down and at the most minimal effort or skill. it makes zombies trivial, relaxing, ez and fun. There are many A tier weapons but I really think swarm and lockwood are the only S tier because there is nothing and no situation they arent the best or at least tied with the best.
totally agree man I run lockwood and anything xD lockwood just clears everything any tier and a little aether blade to finish the left over :p
All the ARs and BRs have access to the 2nd best shotgun (L680 slug 1st), the masterkey. That thing 1 taps where the Tyr needs a 2nd shot. Best of all if you run out of ammo, just drop the gun and pick it back up to refill. Its cheesey but fun af
I'm surprised I don't see more people talking about the masterkey. I run it on all my AR & BR builds. It's a really good, and makes it so you can just run with your fists if you don't want to bring in a second weaapon.
Please aim with the slug shotgun chopper, with headshots and deadshot you can 2 tap hvt manglers. It deals almost the same dmg as the xrk stalker with a faster rate of fire and better mobility.
Actually much more dmg than the XRK ^^ just finished grinding serpentinite and and can tell you that the lockwood leg packed 3 shot HVT tier 3 whereas XRK stalker is around 7-8
I feel like the RGL is slept on. sure people rate it high but its so much better. if you have PHD you can basically form a protective wall around yourself. also, in the harder zones its good at getting out of tough situations because the blast makes the zombies fall down.
if I use it for the Warlord, will the trophy system stop the grenades from hitting?
it does no damage to elites.

The crossbow is better, it does good damage on bountys no smoke after you shoot and easily eliminates hoards in the t3 zone with no pack or rarity
When was the last update? I played this morning, and I haven't noticed any differences.
The Tonfa being an honorable mention is crazy when you fully pack it with legendary tool it can take out bosses faster than anything. I do like how you included the stinger it melts.
tbf pretty much all the melee weps are busted at pack 3
The AMR9 and the FSS hurricane definitely need to be on this list for sure. Those 2 are so slept on. If y’all haven’t tried them you definitely should you’ll thank me later. The Amr has to have the 100 round drum and the bullet velocity and range barrel and then the rest is up to whatever you want on the gun and the fss hurricane can be built pretty much however you want it shreds either way. I know some of y’all reading this will be like “this man has lost his mind” but I can assure you try them you won’t be disappointed.
I've noticed the BAS-P gets so many crits without even trying
But the Holget will be getting a 4 round burst on the upcoming Wednesdays not sure which one.
Sidewinder is getting a LMG conversion kit to fire faster overtime.

Tyr is still an absolute beast. Ran in in elder sigil all night and it never let me down.
Just tested the crossbow with all the bounty targets and it still eliminates them easily and no pack or rarity it eliminates hoards
Which is the best for Red worm? Tried with akimbo Wsp Swarm and didnt make it solo by literally 1 inch...
The crossbow is still really good I tried it against a bounty mega abomination and it did some pretty good damage
i don t play it yet but my question is if i m right you have 9-10 attachement spots but you can only choose 5 right

The crossbow nerf is just vile honestly. It was so unbelievably fun. The whole point of a nerf is to make it equal to others, whereas there is literally no one who can use it anymore because it is just completely destroyed.

I’m torn between your BAS-B or MCW. They both look fun and good. I need one to run beside my Lockwood.
This game is only playable every 2-3 days because of cool down timers and a time limit in general.
By the time you have powered weapons to get to tier 3 or above, 40 minutes are gone.
Bringing in crystals is the only way to enjoy the game, and they locked those behind 2-3 day long waiting periods that have no way to lower cool downs on.. I hate this game now
look at duplication for zombie I have 2 pack 3, 2 leg tool, golden armor plate, aether blade and speed cola every game thx to this

The problem is I know these are getting fixed without a doubt, and I'm not trying to ruin the game for myself anymore than they already have with the condition it's in. My friend who was doing this is already bored and doesn't play with me. He literally never played a single serious round with me. Only cares about glitches
Got a question i got decently good internet but mw3 zombies for me has a bit of lag and i don't know if it's just the game server or somsthing cod says my nat type it Moderate from my xbox net type is open so don't know if i can make it open
Good video. Only thing I could critique is that showing pack 2 guns in tier 1 doesn’t really show much abt the weapon lol
The m13b is comfortably the best AR on the game, does more danage than any other AR, good mobility, nice iron sights and a ridiculous amount of reserve ammo.
I also think the Iso45 is probably the best mw2 SMG but still not as good as the insane Swarm.
The only thing the M13B lacks at is mobility but even then, it's a fun AR to use and rivals with the other mw3 ARs.
I think you can’t use the 12 gauge slugs anymore. When I equip the shotgun in my gear it shows 4 attachments instead of the 5 that’s on it. I could be wrong.
Can you review the M4 it has built-in double tap when packed
putting the XRK Stalker above the lockwood is criminal. the Lockwood is good at crowd control and taking out zombies, and the XRK stalker is only really good at taking down bosses. the Lockwood 680 is only second to the TYR.

Honestly, I think having an extended mag on the holger 556 is unnecessary since it's mag size gets tripled when papd, swap it out for a optic or something imo

Question, are any of the alternate ammo types worth it in zombies? Like high grain, armor pericing, and so on
Not really. The armor piercing ones do literally nothing so don’t waste your time with them. Incendiary does deal bonus damage to manglers, but it destroys your range and is probably not worth it overall.
Only a few are useful. High grain increases range which can be useful with guns that have free attachment slots open. Snakeshot is obviously mandatory for the TYR. Slugs is mandatory for the Lockwood 680. And iirc the explosive rounds for the XRK Stalker make it deal even more damage, but you lose all bullet penetration (but you should really only use it against bosses anyway)

he mentions using the slug on the lockwood because that makes it really good... but he didn't say why that is?
basically, when you pap the lockwood, it turns the slug into basically buckshot with slug damage. so you don't have to ads anymore. hipfire will work really well regardless.
also they didn't nerf the crossbow directly. you can even see it in the screenshot. they just nerfed the thermite bolts which was what caused the big damage numbers. still great regardless of that
and it was also proven that in Xculsive Ace's video that if you tried single firing the SVA then you get a worse ttk because of the delay between shots. you are better off full autoing the game and just bursting your shots.

My only issue with mw3 zombies is the packet burst I get when playing the game as well as crashing and lagging, packet burst doesn’t really affect my game experience I just want to zombies with no issues

I think its good as long as you can tame the recoil, since it turns full auto when packed. Few people have said the FR Advancer is actually the highest DPS though due to fire rate.@Mxdboy666

The TAQ Eradicator is kind of an odd choice. It's the perfect example of a gun with a good TTK, but poor sustained DPS. Are the stats for this gun simply different in zombies than in other game modes, allowing it to be viable?
Zombies has its own stats, if guns are nerfed for Warzone or MP it doesn't mean they are automatically nerfed in Zombies as well. Unless they say so. In Zombies the TAC is still amazing.

You didn't show the lockwood 680 packed 3 I want to point out that I 3 shot just like tonfa any mangler, Mimic or Disciple in Tier 3 area with it legendary packed 3 also worth telling people I believe that not aiming down sight will have an HUGE effect on the spread of the pellets YES I said pellets with 12gauge slugs O_o once packed the slug amount increases which is where the damages really come from and since it's slugs almost no range penalty ! Absolutely nuke the red worm on Urzik, I carry it for people xD

why do you use over pressured ammo? is there an advantage
On paper it increases flinch which would theoretically slow zombies down. I don’t really notice a difference with any of the ammo mods personally. Probably better off putting that slot toward mobility mods but I keep over pressured or incendiary for placebo I guess lol

Main 3 things Cold War did better? No time limit, gun attachments had different effects like getting more salvage, and most importantly to me.. bundles you could buy for ELEMENTAL DAMAGE!!!! Favorite one. Well and the meta was simple shotgun and Diamattis. No meta in multiplayer fine but zombies? Nobody cares what fun they’re using just wanna be able to survive and be OP. To me at least

What about the MCW 6.8 with the automatic conversion kit? That gun packs a punch and doesnt have an excessive damage drop off at far distances.

Some tombstone duper/glitcher loaded me and some other player into the fourth act Mission when we didn't want to and we didn't even vote and then he left and we both lost all our shit and we don't even know the guy's name so who are we going to report? Treyarch
If you were in a party with the glitcher, that portal requires 2/3 votes to go teleport. So either you or your other teammate agreed to go.

Saw a leaker post on Twitter an image with the code titled "round_based" perhaps they might be bringing in round based mode or it possible could be left over codes.
And even if they're not bringing in round based at what they could do it bring in onslaught from BOCW, atleast that mode was somewhat fun to play.
I like this new zombies mode but I also liked the old ones too.
I think it’s totally fair for us to demand a game made by a multibillion dollar corporation be made the way we want it. We can have round based and open world zombies in the same game. But when you say things like this everyone gets mad that we are bullying the giant faceless organization that pumps out garbage and expects us to pay AAA prices for it.

Worth noting that phd flopper is pretty much compulsory with RGL as it protects you from explosive damage and hellhound fire
Also for the lockwood best to use 10 barrel tube with the slugs as its a multipler to the shot output once pap
Tonfa epic pap2 can also kill stormcaller extremly quickly

You used a macro or one that comes with that software which is against any ToS for online gaming. Macros arent allowed, ever. Razer synapse is perfectly fine to use. Using other software, even if it comes with Synapse can be against game rules. It is up to you to realize that.
