This is GERMANY'S Most Produced Fighter (War Thunder BF-109 G6)

The BF-109 is one of the most famous fighter aircraft of all time, and today myself and Warlord decided to take the G6 version with the optional 30mm nose cannon into air RB to see what we can do as a squad. This plane is in a bit of a weird zone as it's not competitive, but it's not terrible either...

Also, it’s ridiculous how bad its low speed manouverability is. It had a better power to weight than anything on the western allies’ side and had wing slats at low speed which no other planes had, it should be good at low speed!

p51c's can outturn bf109gs with flaps, also if they are at speed. p51ds can also do that but only for 1 turn or 2 before they bleed their speed

In initial turn p51 is better, in sustained turn bf 109 is better

hello, i'd love to see you do cas with the me 410 with the 2 500kg bombs. it has airbrakes so you could use it as a dive bomber and it's maneuverability isn't terrible as it was originally a heavy fighter

The Bf 109 G6 is probably my favourite propeller fighter in the game, of course it is not the best at it's br but you cannot go wrong with the Mg 151s and the Mk 103 cannons. I actually prefer the Finnish one for some odd reason.

The German 20mm’s in game aren’t even close to real life. They have the highest tnt yield in game, and the lowest damage, make that make sense. The muzzle velocity is lower than it should be too, buff the mg151’s Gaijin, otherwise don’t ever let the words “historical accuracy” come out of your mouths again.

I think he uses Epic Thunder. Last I checked you have to pay for that so if its not your thing, check out Real Combat Sound Mod (RCSM)
