I get a lot of patients of oligospermia. They always have questions
like , How can I increase my sperm count? How to increase sperm count by food? What is the Indian food to increase sperm count? How to increase sperm count by exercise?
I have a poor sperm count can I have my own baby? How to boost sperm count naturally ?
I have tried to answer all these questions in this video.
In this episode , I have focused on the importance of natural methods to increase sperm count.

Based on the most recent World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, experts consider a healthful sperm count to be 15 million per milliliter (ml), or at least 39 million per ejaculate In this video, we look at natural remedies, dietary changes, and medicines that may improve sperm count.

Eat a healthy diet.
Spinach green veg banana,barley, beans, and red meat are rich in zinc ,pumpkin seeds asparagus
not to eat
• eating high quantities of red and processed meat
• not eating enough polyunsaturated fatty acid
• having a high intake of energy
• consuming low levels of antioxidants
• consuming high levels of saturated fats
• eating limited amounts of fruits and vegetables
Eat more antioxidant-rich foods
• beta-carotene
• beta-cryptoxanthin
• lutein
• vitamin C
Prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Manage stress.
Get moving.sleep
16 week aerobic exercise program of at least three 50-minute sessions per week. The participants reached 50-65% of their peak heart rate.
In the study, regular exercise increased sperm count and motility in 45 men with obesity and sedentary lifestyles.
Quit smoking
Avoid excessive alcohol and drug use
Stay cool
Avoid certain prescription medications
• some antibiotics
• anti-androgens
• anti-inflammatories
• antipsychotics
• opiates
• antidepressants
• anabolic steroids, which may continue to affect sperm count for up to 1 year after stopping the medication
• exogenous or supplementary testosterone
Take zinc Selenium Vit C Ashwagandha Fenugreek
Limit exposure to environmental and occupational contaminants
As pollution and congestion increase, researchers often link environmental factors such as air quality and exposure to toxic chemicals to reduced sperm health and count.
Avoid lubricants during sex.

Hey doc after 21 hr of abstinence my semen analysis report came
Total vol - 1ml
Sperm count - 32m
Motiliy - 52
Grade a progressive motile - 40
Grade b non progressive - 12
Grade c immotile - 48
Vitality - 54
Normal morphology - 47
Abnormal morphology - 53
Doc please tell is it good
Three questions doctor -
1). I have Thyroid problem. My T3 and T4 are low and TSH is high (Without medicines) and I am taking Thryroid correcting medicine, Thryrox 12.5 mcg (every morning empty stomach) for maintaing normal levels of T3, T4 and TSH for the past 15 years. Does taking such medicines for a long time lower the sperm count?
2). I had mumps at at the age of 7. I have heard that having mumps during childhood affects sperm count later. Is this true?
3). I consume soya based foods twice or thrice every week. Does consuming plenty of soya products like Soya Chaap or Soya Nuggets decrease sperm count?
