This was in my opinion one of the best songs that ever appeared in Eurovision. What makes me sad is that it wasn't presented well at all... the singer is perfect, but her clothes were not fitting for the music style, there are other performances of the same song where she looks much more on point than this for such a song. It didn't help also that they left her alone on the stage and the camera shots were just different angles of her. I don't know how popular it was to stage the song at the time, but surely showing the singer doing nothing during a sax solo is awkward to say the least. However, I am judging without knowing the background. Maybe the broadcaster did the best they could with what they had (after all this was their comeback and only their second song overall). But I still think this song deserved a lot more than what it got. At least I am glad that the singer went on to have a successful career as a Lithuanian folk singer with her group.

It was a very curious voting and I need a reliable source to add this info on Wikipedia. Tai čia pirmi metai, kai dainuoti tik palei fonogramą? O kur aktoriai, kodėl tik Aistė buvo vienišas paukštukas (strazdelis) ant scenos? Dar kartą dėkavojam už įspūdingą sceninį imidžą žymiam dizainieriui 😂
Turbūt turi omenyje, kad tais metais buvo įvesta taisyklė (dėl organizacinio paprastumo ir sklandumo), kad instrumentalas turi būti negyvas (fonograma), o vokalas gyvas. Iki tol būdavo visaip: Būdavo ir gyvo instrumentinio atlikimo.
mes turim Aistę, kuri mus džiugina puikiom dainom sykiu su Radzevičium ir kitais. Kurios sūnus jau groja būgnais jų grupėje. Kaip bėga laikas... bet Aistei jis gailestingas, ji atrodo visai jo nepaliesta. O Eurovizija... buvo ir praėjo. Tais laikais niekas nevertino sava kalba ir kūltūra besididžiuojančių dainininkų. Visi turėjo dainuot angliškai ir ABBA stilium. Dabar būtų įvertinta daug geriau.
