But this man is speaking of successes done outside Nigeria. There are many Nigerians in SA than South Africans in Nigeria.

The worthy ‘ giant state’ should be defined by its best values and capabilities. Corrupt state institutions that serve local and foreign oligarchs is not one of the good features. Undiversified economic structure and composition of production limits opportunities for most of the population. The same is true of reliance on export of raw materials.
3. A ‘…giant state…’ should be an example of high culture with indigeneous roots. Examples of valuable elements of high culture include character of governance and fairness of distribution of property ownership and distribution of national production.
4. Therefore, one needs hard criteria that speaks to how the state is managed, and behaviour of leaders, behaviour of the bureaucracy and behaviour of aristocracy that influence people participation, healthy cultural growth, fair distribution of wealth , and conditions of life for the average person.
