I am not sure if that's what you're saying, but that usb-a dongle probably isn't bluetooth but a 2.4 GHz connection, which for some people will feel different

I love this mouse. Right size for my hand, compact to carry. This 1st generation comes with a USB-A dongle for USB connectivity over 2.4GHz infrared. With Bluetooth, it does not need the USB-A dongle. There is also the 2nd generation (Pebble Mouse 2 M350s). It does not come with the USB-A dongle, which is separately sold as an option, but comes with a button to select one of the three Bluetooth targets.

Nice review as usual Eric, thank you 🌝
I love my M350! It's worth mentioning that you can pair it with 2 different computers - you can connect to one via bluetooth and use the included (RF) dongle for the other. The switch on the underside of the mouse lets you toggle between the two. Probably not as useful when traveling but great for home use.
Also being able to turn it off means the battery won't drain if it gets bumped around while it's inside your luggage. I've had my toothbrush's battery die before when it accidentally got powered on inside my suitcase, pretty annoying.

Good mouse for the size. Would be amazing if it was USB C rechargeable

love this mouse!! love that it's leftie friendly, and that there's room for the usb connector dongle inside it so I don't risk losing it!!
the K380s keyboard is also awesome, looks great on the desk (the round keys remind me of a typewriter) and functions really well. i'm prone to back and shoulder problems, so i try to have my gear for commuting as light as possible. this is my first time using wireless for both keyboard and mouse, and i'm definitely converted to to the cord free lifestyle! would recommend as a pair!

This is a great mouse, I’ve used it daily for a few years with no issue, got it in a set with the K380 keyboard, which is also solid. You don’t need a mousepad, it tracks fine on any surface I’ve used it on. The size is small to some, but it slips in a pocket easily and is durable enough to be knocked around. Mine still looks brand new!

Very disappointing that it isn’t USB rechargeable. I gotta have a back button for web browsing and file explorer, is that something that can be customized in settings?

I have used this mouse for a couple of years, but eventually the click button failed on me.

if you still have the mouse just put a drop of wd-40 or mechanical oil that comes with hair clippers if you have. There are videos on youtube on how to do it. Left click was not working and i fixed mine.
