awesome build man! got the same one. mine is a 2009 2.0tdi with a straight pipe and a stage 2 chiptuning. also got the grill. i'm done tuning the motor now going for the looks. i love those things that are hanging at you windows to avoid rain coming into the car.(don't know how they call it in english) can you tell me where you got them from? also i will buy my splitter set at maxton design. greetings from belgium

Thanks! It’s on d2 coilovers, don’t know how many inches it’s lowered compared to the original hight. But it’s max low in the front and maybe there’s half an inch left in the rear to lower.

Nice looking Avant. Like the big brakes and the wheels what’s under the hood? I’ve a glacier 2012 Avant, Bilsteens coil overs, cat back exhaust,down pipe , KO4, intercooler,IE aluminum manifold, intake. Purchased the car new, has 68k original miles, 1500 miles on new long block.

Thanks 🙏🏽 I didn’t do too much under the hood. It’s an 2.0 TFSI flexfuel so I ran it on ethanol with a tune. Only mods was a better blow off valve from GFB, intake from JR and some bigger home built exhaust. The car made 256whp/410nm.

Just bought one, any issues I should look out for on this car . Mine is completely stock.

If it’s an TFSI keep an eye on the oil consumption. If it burns a lot off oil that might be an indicator off bad ring gaps. Just type in your engine on google and I am sure you will find some good information 😊 Wheelbearings tend to break on the b8s. Don’t use strong chemicals in the lights, they will crack. Otherwise I can’t recall anything more to look out for 🤔

It depends on how low the car is. At this height the tires rub on the front fender at 70% or more steering angle when hitting a bump.
