  • Admit it - children getting hurt is hilarious. "Are" hilarious? What's the proper term. Who cares? Don't answer that. These memes are British.

    The "sitting on air and not even clocking" clocking means, clocking-on. Used to mean noticing. "I didn't even clock on to that!" - I didn't notice that.
    Guy popped a squat and zoned out, he didn't notice he was sitting on air till it was pointed out. 😅

  • @penelopejane8120
    @penelopejane8120 Před 6 měsíci +3

    It was 'Parquet' flooring they were pulling up, it is very much desired and revered the historical properties market 🇬🇧 . I hope they knew what it was. I hope they were only doing that to re-level the floor and then replace every wooden piece, otherwise, they're numpties. I'm not exactly sure whether the boss guy was pulling the new lads leg (uk meaning for taking 'the piss' etc) or, he really was pissed off with the new lad for not knowing exactly what Parquet flooring is, and the value to property it holds. Anyway, it was bloody funny anyway 😅😅!!!

    The US test is a bit of a joke, but with generally wider and straighter roads with less pedestrians around it’s probably not seen as being as necessary to be skilled at driving. It’s more a basic “can you mechanically make the car move and know a few basic things about the road etc”.

      They do actually remove parquet flooring piece by piece and replace it somewhere else but it's usually over 100yrs old and top quality pitch pine 🤣🤣🤣 there was the poor man's version of it however and that gets either ripped up or covered, that young labourer was having the piss taken out of him though 😂 they probably sent him to the shop for a tin of tartan paint and a long stand as well 😂

    The £8 to sit next to eachother reminded me of the time I first went to the U.S. Florida it was - with a new English girlfriend, her mum and step-father (let's call him Peter because that is his name). 10 days of hell. No that's not an album title by Scorpions. That's what it really was. On the return flight we all sat in different corners of the plane (do planes even HAVE corners? IDK). During the flight I was chatted up by a young blonde busty (pregnant) lady in full sight of my erstwhile GF and we exchanged numbers. Said lady persisted in stalking me through at least two more marriages. I know what you are thinking. I think exactly the same.
