This cheater got caught by someone rewatching the replay to see why the player was so bad. This HAS to be the case, because no one would have caught him from the kill cam. How rare must that be.

Overwatch 2 is the only game where I've seen cheaters lose more than win.
Too many of them think it's just like any other fps where good aim = auto win
Yeah, because the most important roles are Tank, then Support, and only then DPS. You almost always instalose to a tankdiff. If you have no space to work with it doesnt matter that you hit every shot because there are no angles that could actually take any. And your supports wont heal you because they are forced to position defensifely as otherwise the enemyteam will hunt them down. A supportdiff is kinda workable with because a good tank and good positioning allows your incompetent supports to heal you up after a won teamfight. It is still hard because you cannot get opportunities through anties or dmg boost, but still managable. A Dpsdiff is i would say a 50/50 situation. With a good tank you can just keep them up and because you dont need to heal your dps, as they are always dead, all resources go to the tank who then can play like they are the maincharacter in an anime that just discovered the power of friendship (and dmgboost).
That means, if the team is good enough, which starts at diamond according to my experience, hackers can be dealt with, if you coordinate good enough. Gms have the skills and communication to deal with hackers and also the dps diff is much smaller because gm dps will know that they cannot 1v1 the hacker so they just focus on the rest of the team, allowing you to win teamfights and then takeout the hacker.
This accumulates into a wonderful experience where you can see raging hacker, which was much more common in Overwatch 1 because the double tanks allow one tank to branch out and just absolutely humiliate the hacker.
But these are only my thoughts (Masters Tank, mid Dia Support (Ana), and low Dia Dps (only got there through gamesense, i suck at DPS xD)
@@irrationalpie2323 i appreaciate you sharing your thoughts (and did read allat) but please this is too big of an explanation to say that because you got aimbot, you wont always get kills because of the shields and MANY counters (holy shit overwatch has too many heroes)

What I found EVEN more interesting than this ridiculous cheating are the usernames in the match. Meatmuncher, Smalltittyy, Squirtgarglr, Cumgobbler69. A true all-star lineup.

It's not just that he couldn't get an Elim himself, but he couldn't even shoot at someone who SOMEONE ELSE finished off. How do you not accidentally shoot at someone who gets picked off?

I think the reason why is the dude's dumping damage mostly on Sig and barely anyone else. Sig never dies and gets pocketed by the supports, then he just gets shit on by Widow and Ana. Focusing ONLY on the tank is just wood rank mentality. 🤣

Its so difficult to not get an elim in overwatch. Since elims are shared. Meaning he literally had such bad positioning and chose the worst targets that he didnt even get credit for kills the rest of the team was getting.

Game sense and positioning are way more important in this game, especially the latter. I got to dia with mediocre aim on a hero that requires some mechanical skill just because I don't die a lot and use the right abilities at the right time.
That dude in the video thinks he can walk into a full enemy team and expects to kill everyone with his "aim". That's not how this works in Overwatch.
I saw a video of someone promoting their aimbot for Paladins. They were playing in bot matches and was still dying. I roasted them in the comment section and reported it to YT and EM.

Im confused. The cheater had many opportunities to kill the mercy, but just aims at the sigma, and gets killed by ana. He could have gotten at least 3 kills on the mercy alone, but is so dumb he ego shoots the sig and ana.
Cause many players in silver still only know how to shoot the tank. Always shoot the big boy, he's right there.
you are giving them too much credit by assuming they understand the concept of target prioritization. they are SO lost, they have no idea what's going on and no idea what to do. I don't think any of their target choices were the result of intentional, conscious decision making. they genuinely just completely lost. they very clearly don't know anything about this game.

He wasn't cheating he just bought a boosted account and was hugely outclassed. The Aimbotting Widow ragequit is just a clickbait title. IMO the OV2 community is full of people like this, it's toxic behavior, if you're Metal league, you're just trash and every game it's your responsibility to carry, then if you manage to make it out of the metal leagues, suddenly now it's everyone else that's trash and the GM game are all ruined by boosted accounts. It's actually quite comical.

@@cephalopod1380 how do you explain them seeing the ana through the wall at 9:36? they literally aim in at them, notice that they're not actually a target, then carry on as if nothing happened. That and following a target during Cass recoil is so blatant - it was subtle when he was Bastion but you really can't be denying it if you actually watch the video you're trashing on

Nah... you ocassionally do get people like that on silver. But they drop quickly out. Usually the "I played with friends, or their first placements that were too high. Cuz as a hard stuck silver myself that constantly climbs out of it and drops back i experienced that even during gold games.😢

Thats probably because the people in your silver games are going against other silvers vs this dude going against gms. He'll look worse by comparison just because the gms punish harder than silvers would.

This does a great job of demonstrating how integral things like cooldown management and map placement is in overwatch. Even a guy who headshots only rage hacks can end up getting stomped because he sucks at the game and has no idea how to actually play

this proved that game sense matter for every heroes, just because you can aim, it won't get you far. The thing is, people who are good at aiming can also learn game sense pretty fast as well and vice versa.
Like gm winston, moira, and mercy mains etc don't really need aim but they can at least play aim heroes in plat and above.

I think probably the highlight from the Red Team that I feel just is so ballsy but hype. That Anna in round 1 hitting the cheater with the Sleep Dart during their Ult, I was actually laughing at how astounding that play was and just how much it cucked the cheater from their "one chance" to get a kill during that game.

I learned very early on in OW1 that you can in fact out play a cheater. so long you aren't getting shot through walls sort of deal. Many characters have hacks nullifying abilities as we witnessed here.

bro, he had those james bond numbers. like, in overwatch. the game where lucio pressing e to speed boost someone gives the lucio an assist if they get the kill. that means that NO damage from him resulted in a kill, the venom mine/mccree nade never hit someone that didn't heal it right back, and popping walls on widow never resulted in a teammate getting an elim (don't think he ever popped walls though). a true cardboard 5 player.
