i kinda get it could've been because of the difficulty tier, but i wish they hadn't cut out so much of the song.
It was cut for gameplay purposes. The same reason Killer Queen had the piano notes charted for guitar, so the player wouldn't be bored waiting for the guitar to start playing, or replaying parts of a song too many times in Iron Man's case. Same thing happened to War Pigs in GH2.
Nostalgia
The one thing I don’t like about this guitar hero is that you can’t do hammer-ons and pull-offs without strumming. You have to strum.
You can do hammer offs and pull offs, you have to hold both buttons down unlike the following games. For example: green red green hammer off; you have to hold green while hitting red for it to count unless you strum it like you stated.

The tempo of the song itself sped up at the solo. On these old Harmonix games, the character animation is tied to BPM, so the faster the BPM, the fast the animations.

@@akkros707 Beats Per Minute. Basically how many times the drummer hits the kick pedal in the beat of the song.

The BPM is the foundation of a song. If the tempo map isn't correct, the notes won't be in sync (not in the right beats). And it won't feel like you're playing the song.

It's extra points which you can get in the last continuous note under SP, if you did a squeeze for activate the SP. In the second act, is an example of what i explained.

I thought guitar hero 1 was unplayable?
No. The hammer ons and pull offs work differently in this game. The game is only unplayable if you use a certain HDTV because it causes lots of lag and the game has no callabration system.

@@akkros707 it really depends on the tv, some hdtv's doesn't have any input lag while other (more on the smart tvs) have a lot of lag
