How do you make Vegan Yorkshire Puddings

As a Vegan i still cook Meat for my Family so i have created a range of meals so that i can #reducemeatconsumption of my family.
Today Video I want to take you you about Vegan Yorkshire Puddings which are egg and Milk free. This recipe is a great one for Christmas dinner, A roast Dinner or to add over your sausages for a Vegan Toad in the Hole.
I have made this so many time since this video and the below ingredients works the best.
Ingredients:-
200ml Self raising Flour
1tsp of Baking Powder
400ml Of fluid. I have used 300ml of Milk and 100ml of water but you cam use any variation as long as its warm to set off the baking powder. Sometimes i use all milk of 50/50.
Oil for the pan so it can get piping hot.
Method:-
Add all the ingredients and blend.
Heat the oven as hot as it goes.
Heat the oil in a tray for 5 minutes
Add the batter and add in the oven as quick as you can
cook for 10 to 15minutes on high
Then drop the temperature down to gas mark 4 for 30 minutes
These can then be cooled and stored in the fridge or freezer for Vegan Christmas Dinner or a Sunday Roast. If you do freeze them. Make sure you defrost full and then reheat in the Oven for 15 minutes on a medium heat.
