Thank you! I think the Stoics really got this...early Buddhism did too. Life is hard, lean in to change, use it as an opportunity.
Since i could crawl parental fear was imbedded in my subcontious i have lived life in my fantasy, hence at 80 im still a crawling baby. Hearing your lectures alowly something is taking place.

It’s a fact Rabbi, it was more for me this a few years ago but I have learned and believe that all happens in divine timing so I just try and accept the situation and go with the flow. Thank you for all your teachings.
Christians and most likely Jews too, have a credibility problem.
The problem is ignoring Christians.
Those act as if the rest of us can prefer leadership traveling with one foot in fantasyland.
God chooses winners in their end time cult.
Their god outside of fiction,

Always a learning experience for me to hear your voice
Thank you again for a good video. I have been challenging my beliefs because of your teachings. I am reading books I would never have read, and learning a lot about my spiritual journey. Some of what I am finding relates to beliefs I have always had, but never saw it written anywhere.
I’ve heard it said that 90% of the things people fear never come to pass, faith is the key 🔑 especially when you may not have people around you
That’s the tricky part for me, even though I have experienced things I can’t explain around the death of a loved one. I even had an amazing NDE! They filled me with faith, and then life started throwing more curveballs. The mind always questions. I need to work on faith building and tune out people who say it’s foolish to believe. It’s actually very wise! At the times when my faith in hashem has been strong, I have been capable and happy, no matter what is going on in my life.

I am faced with making a very hard decision--to have my husband suffering from dimentia (Alzheimers) moved from home to a care facility. I am no longer able to deal with all the stressful issues in this relationship, and I'm facing this extremely difficult situation. This is a change very painful for me to face. Your words have given me much food for thought, and I know I have to find a way to move forward with this hard dilemma.
I wondered is it even possible to live without stress if all the circumstances and people seem unreliable? Now thanks to you I see the answer is YES! If you rely on unreliable things, things are always stressful! If you rely on your own kind actions, practices, soul, on secure people and relationships, if you're the one generating positive outcomes consistently and securely, that's when you have no stress over anything... That's when you even see that some stress is great - it's interesting to try and trust new things, to trust something unreliable, such as fall in love or do new activities. But it's only good when you have some foundation also, if your whole life stands on such a shaky ground it would be too stressful and not fun anymore, but when you have this secure ground and trust new things it is just beautiful. Thank you Rabbi for this inspiring realization!

No where to go . . . .so I made my first donation. . . . Struggling with feeling of love of ex and the family I used to have and the deluge is my head.
Reading alot of Kings 1 and 2 I notice my self as a sinner but I really want to move forward with the wisdom of God.

I thrive on change, when things are always the same I get very bored. This goes for meditation too, nothing more boring than the same results all the time. For myself there are somethings that really define us, change and time itself. I have walked away from huge opportunity, I have walked away from people, and I have walked away from comfortable situations. I have always done so because when my feeling says change is needed, I give myself that change. It is a power I use when I need to. Off subject... Many people speak of faith but only a few of us truly have it.
REAL faith is rare and when witnessed, it is known to scare others to the extreme.
Then, they lash out and lie more!

The entire way I kept hearing a voice in the car telling me "FAITH WILL GET YOU THERE, DO NOT WORRY, YOUR FAITH WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAKE IT."
There are difficult challenges, then there is BRUTAL!
We drove 2,000 miles away from everything we knew, no job, no wife, no family, no friends and no help and with my health condition, losing my health insurance and all my Doctors.
The sadistic and shameful moving company at the very end, when they showed up to pack our stuff, broke their promise on three major components, which is why
I agreed to going with them in the first place.
I ended up doing much of the work myself and yet being stuck paying for it, then paying more.
They lied to my agent and to me and several times.
They lied about the cost, they extorted $3,000 more dollars, they lied about their responsibility, of what they were going to do.
They also lied about not keeping our stuff in CA with no delays.
They also lied about setting up the furniture which they had to break apart to box and pack, they never did!
Our belongings was kept three states away for about a month.
We did not have our bed (I had to buy an air mattress which cost me more pain), no refrigerator, no furniture, computer, and none of my wonderful A R T, just what was in the car.
When the moving company from Dallas finally showed up, they damaged some property, some ART, technology, and throw my stuff around, according to what the neighbor
testified and what I saw myself.
We drove in a car not to be trusted, I am not a mechanic and that alone would terrify others NOT to even attempt it.
I had three who also were sick and required me to care for them.
Two had urinary incontinence problems, which means me stopping on the road, to lift them out of the car, at any given time, and I have chronic pain, infections and migraines.
NOT easy for anyone with help let alone a senior with my health conditions.
Our car had a busted radiator, we were driving with a bone dry radiator, which I received a critical collant alert message in Arizona, a busted wheel bearing and wheel cords exposed.
We broke down at the City of Three Cross, Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Two thousand years ago my LORD was here and we drove 2,000 miles, rounded up to get here!
My LORD keeps blessing me while Satan's children continually punish me!
The entire way I kept hearing a voice in the car telling me "FAITH WILL GET YOU THERE, DO NOT WORRY, YOUR FAITH WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAKE IT."
A true prophet has no honor with his relatives, in his home, in his hometown, town or Country!

You're topic reminds me of a story and quote I read on the basic underwater demolition (BUDS) training a warrant officer was going through, (Navy SEAL training).His feet and hands were tied together and was about to be tossed into a swimming pool, its called drown proofing. The BUDS instructor saw a bit of fear and concern on the students face and said to him..." Smile in the face of adversity " this is positive advice in that you can put a smile on you're face and even look forward to unknown adversity in a positive way. If you are too face the fear anyway, do it with a smile to over come it instead of a frown of 😨 fear.

Everytime a person loses a job, or family division or health issues change your life as you knew it changes.
It starts a new chapter in your life.
That is why I read my Bible and pray and seek God's face in everything I do .
Life is never easy it just gets better when you have God guiding your steps , Life gets better when your thoughts and decisions are around bringing honor and glory to His name.
When you place Jesus Christ in your life and realize He is a real person who has a physical body just like we have only glorified by God because He lived a sinless life. Then He was obedient to God the Father's Will and gave His life to pay for my sin debt.
Then He conquered death and rose from the grave then ascended up into Heaven to sit on a Throne on the right side of His Father. Who is creator of all things.
Giving me eternal life and one day a glorified body of my own
A body that is incorruptible and will never die, or get sick or starve. We will reside with Our God and He will provide everything we need and more.
We serve an awesome God all you have to do is believe. He will make Himself known to you. He is not shy.
So since life will never get easier it can get better. So trust in the Lord with all your heart. Celebrate Him for paying your sin debt.
Talk to Him on a daily basis and ask God what you can do for Him and you will never have to fear or be afraid again. You learn how to let go and let God direct your steps. That is when life gets better.

I knew a woman who was an artist and a writer she had polio as a young child losing half of her physical strength it made her life very messy and she learned to pace herself and make small tweaks in changes as she was chained by those fears and doubts
Last night I went to a buddies house to watch the new episode of the Mandalorian. I had a full on panic attack when I sat down. Thought my heart was racing. Went outside to get some fresh air. I couldn't calm down. I took my heart rate and realized. I said outloud I'm having a panic attack. An I knew I had to talk to my buddies wife. She described perfectly what I was feeling. An than the adrenaline dumped throughout my body. It was quite eye opening. In conjunction with your talk here. I fear being out of control. I suppose now I know and I can prepare myself better. Some may say that I do fear change. I have run this by myself as well. When given it my full regard, I find it to not be true. I face change on an almost bi-monthly basis. At least it has been so since before covid. Or my entire life. My life is a book of change. I find it is more difficult for many to follow through with plans, promises made. While making a change comes much more easily and naturally. It is the perserverance of the individual/s and the circumstance/s that ultimately defines them and their capabilities. As with any situation, it requires two participants, sometimes more. And with two participants comes two stories. And both can be muturally implicit. With either party wanting only to view or acknowledge their view. It is thru communication and truthful wants and needs addressed, that one can then come to an honest decision and fair outcome for all parties involved.
Everything is fine with my life, but I feel I need a change. I need a purpose! I asked God, what's next?

Wala pong problema sa amin bilang world government kung ano ang meron sa currency. Kasi gobyerno kmi.. pag may trade my business tax is running. Pero ang prino protectahan ko lahat nang tao not what we have in trade. Trade industries sakanila nakasalalay lahat nang economics. Sa amin bilang government pondohan ito para magka roon nang magandang buhay ang mga tao.
Pero ang problema ay biological and artificial weapons. At pag nag tagumpay si Russia saudi. China paano tayo. Nauubos ang pera nang bansa dahil sa artificial weapons at sa pag likha nila nang bagong mundo para sa kanila. Tanong ko po lahat po ba nang bansa afford po ba nating lahat. Di po. Fear.. I don't have artifical fears. I have common core set of fear in me, like, should I be doing this when walking a cliff wall, or takign a jump irrational, and artifical fear. There is no fear ot speak infront of people, or on camera, or where ever... I can fart ina crowd and claim it was my ass. So I don't know what fear you speak of.
There is civil law of fear taguth mean we are to akin or tuen our emotions ot wakes or movements or recognize plights ina system so as to correct its in errancy, but that is avoid things liek Rob PSierres and other nonsense or iditos that move the mob, IE to keep order is essentialy the most important thing to a civilsation so humans do not go backwards into madness and cruelty, and delve into an abudance of medieval and or other thoughts.... With all due respect Rabbi, I worry you have demoted the true value of fear. My principles tell me fear represents conflict in what the individual cares about. And in this sense, it signifies, albeit indirectly, the most meaningful parts of each and every one of us. Is this view mistaken?
