Big Finish spoilers below:
A version of the Eighth or War Doctor after being hit by a degeneration gun was flitting between incarnations and bodies, which included changes to clothing. Whilst investigating what happened, he arrived on Planetoid 50 in his Hartnell incarnation, noticing it looked like Victorian London. There were Martian invaders that resembled the invaders from War of the Worlds. One of those Martians hit him with a weapon and he changed into Tennant's form.
David Tennant also played the Monk. During an incarnation of the Monk that went by the name the Nun, she disguised herself as the Tenth Doctor and had a fake regeneration into her actual body, so as to make Anya Kingdom and Mark Seven think she was the Doctor.
There were a couple of Big Finish stories with Jackie and the Meta Crisis human Doctor, which I think come under the bit you mentioned about those.
He appeared in the Big Finish spin-off Cyberman, but was an unnamed and uncredited character.
About the only thing he hasn't done in Doctor Who is wear a curly wig and pretend to be Colin Baker.
It is going to feel just SURREAL watching this and having all their names in the title sequences and credits again, crazy times!
He also plays a Time Lord in the 2003 Unbound story Exile, with Arabella Weir as the Doctor.
Incidentally, Feldwebel is a German military rank and is pronounced Feld-vaybul.
David played Dr Gordon Briscoe in the 2005 TV movie remake of The Quatermass Experiment. It is suggested that Quatermass is part of the Whoniverse in Remembrance of The Daleks when Bernard and the Britsih Rocket Group were name dropped.

I made my Starfield game character closest to Tennant´s look, by face and hair as i could, to honor of the 60th. Character is also named David :) My fave Doc :) Thanks for the video, and all the best from Finland!

I knew most of tier 3 and some of 4 but didnt know he'd played so many other characters in audiobooks etc! Also I find people rarely agree with him being 10.5/ 11 so glad you said that although Time Lord Victorious and 50th 10 arent ones I would count!

The metacrisis doctor in his later life grew a tardis and traveled the universe and even the multivers until at an extremely old age ended at the Jedi temple where he had cybernetic implants to survive.
The Tardis was only ripe and ready to travel by the time the Metacrisis Doctor had a little granddaughter called Susan - at that time he looked like Peter Cushing and that explains those movies (a human who calls himself Doctor Who, travelling the Universe in a blue box) 🧐
So basically he heard about that one while doing the radio play and then never said no to any other role in Doctor Who ever again? 🤣

In the Jenny box-sets he has a very little cameo at the end of her adventures, where the Tardis lands him in the field of debris, left behind by the destroyed space station Jenny had just left.
The 2nd Time Lord of the Unbound story "Exile" could be the Doctor in disguise to save their female form of being scattered across the time stream (being rubbish to be considered harmless)
I saw no mention of "The Quest for Infinity" great graphics with Martha Jones as the companion of the 10th Doctor. There are a lot of graphic novels (Titan Comics and Doctor Who Magazine) featuring the 10th & 14th Doctor by using a face resembling David Tennant. AND there are a lot of books about the 10th Doctor and the audio versions were done by David Tennant too - other media than Big Finish🤗 Mister Logan from the Laureen Cooper sketch must have been the Master, because he used a matter-compression device to shrink her into the Rose Tylor action-figure.

13:53 and 13:56 No I tell you what it’s possible for this to be cannon as Parallel earths exist in the Whoniverse so technically animation could be real in this world and other exaggerated things such as Lego or cross overs or marvel even and idk about anyone else but I’d love them to explore this idea in the actual show might not be revived well but it’s an interesting concept non the less. 😅

David tennant also played the tenth doctor in the interactive game attack of the graske and also the music of the spheres which was live at the royal albert hall when it was doctor who at the proms, and he also played barty crouch jr in harry potter and the goblet of fire
Huyang Theory:
The Doctor was curious of the Star Wars universe and it's potential but knew he couldn't keep an eye on it forever so decided to put a version of his mind inside a Star Wars Droid to try and guide the Jedi on the right path. As for when it takes places canonically, I would say after Waters of Mars as he hates funny robots before then. Furthermore Gadget and Huyang share some similar designs. So it's perfectly possible that he could have travelled back in time to before the timelords sealed of the alternative universes, had some adventures there before the End of Time and decided to leave behind a version of himself. It would also work with his whole existentialism at that point.

Forgot Doctor McDuck. David Tennant provides the voice of Scrooge McDuck in the Duck Tales reboot. There’s even a Christmas episode where the title was a nod to Doctor Who while doing an interesting twist on A Christmas Carol.

Huyang has the Doctors voice because they're like the policeman from An Unearthly Child, they're part of the TARDIS that got left behind. Instead of a hologram the TARDIS generated a robot for the Doctor once which when they found many years later they decided to give it a new life. As the Doctor always talks to themselves anyway the robot was given their voice but when they found it they'd regenerated once or twice so instead of upgrading they sent it away!

My headcanon is the Doctor subconsciously based the 10th/14th appearance on Kurtz like with the 12th Doctor. Alternatively if Kurtz was torn apart inside the Tardis perhaps his essence interfered with Nine's regeneration thus emerged the 10th Doctor in Kurtz's image

Elizabeth was just about to getting him beheaded before they started that iconic picknick - a lot of sweat and anxiety makes your hair all go floppy and depressed (it's in the novel - but not the theory that the REAL Elizabeth was the murderous monster and the picknick queen might have been a Zygon too - the horse only revealed itself to distract the Doctor from confronting his queen further)
About his hair in Day of the Doctor: At the time Tennant was doing a play in which he was supposed to have long hair and the production refused to have him cut his hair shorter, so that's why his hair is a mess like this.

The 50th anniversary hair will bother me until the end of my life. I honestly don’t know why they couldn’t get it right for the 50th. Yes, he might’ve had another role he needed longer hair for but for God’s sake. It ruins the whole special for me tbh
My personal theory is that since Georgia was just about to have his second child (and gave birth to them while the special was filming, IIRC), I think the hair is thusly an extension of Utterly Frazzled Newborn Baby Parent David Tennant. Or that he couldn't cut it, because of Other Role Reasons (can't remember what else he was filming around then, as that man always has about 50 roles on the go at any given time), so they had to work with longer hair than before.
(Or maybe they just didn't have the same hair guy from back in the RTD days...who, incidentally, now does David's hair on 'Good Omens' -- which looks impeccable -- so hopefully he's the one who did DT's hair for the new specials)
I watched the animated... movie, thing with David Tennant. It was stunningly boring. And Tennant looked like he didn't eat in 2 months at least. I know he's skinny but the animated character took it to the extreme.

He had to change his name for real in 2011, to do Fright Night in the US, because the actors union there claimed he should change something about his name, because they already had some David Tennant [but if it is your REAL name, you might keep it and use it as before].

Well it is Doctor Who - released 22 years ago (October 2001) - as a fan-boy he just did everything related to Doctor Who! Who could have dreamt that the show would ever come back to the telly OR that David Tennant would even land the title role 😊He did more Super Heros for Big Finish: Galanar in the Dalek Empire series and Luther Arkwright in a totally different range of the Big Finish productions (18 years later he reprised THAT role, because the Doctor Who stuff and his career and family had kept him too busy to try that earlier - and the time-lapse in the story is about 23 years, so it was perfect timing in putting that 70s comic book into audio)
