Thanks for another great video brother. Sometimes it is the simplest of things that make you go, why didn't I think of that. That pick tube, genius. My little small tool pack, kinda like yours without the organization, has two picks in it. It never fails to stab you when looking for a tool.
Thanks for the idea, the tube protector and the bag.
    Have a great day brother.

I'd be tempted to replace the adjustable spanner with knipex pliers wrench and a strong elastic band to turn into a light vice. Cheers

Looks good but you're missing two fundamental things (1) a pair of cutters. Something stout like a pair of electrician scissors (2) a inspection mirror

Another tool that is a bit different is Polymorph. These are plastic granules that will melt in a cup of boiling water and can then be molded by hand and sets like nylon. You could create a nut by moving it around a bolt. Very versatile

For me the omission would be hex keys. Feel like they're more commonly needed than the majority of other things in the kit to be honest!

It always feels like you build the kits backwards, you pick the bag and fill it when you should be picking the tools then finding the bag that fits the tools you have selected.

Yes I have to agree that’s a good point, figure out what you would like to carry for your individual needs, then get bag for the tools and not the other way around. Thank you for the videos, I love them.

That one carabineer that also swivels around and turns into a hook. Definitely comes in handy. I usually clip one of those to my belt loops during the day a work. Pretty useful when its always on you

I'd substitute the Knipex 03-140 combination pliers. That will add wire cutting/stripping capabilities. the snappy slip joints are a good choice, but for something larger than the knipexcan handle, You'd have the cobras

Have a good trip. Doubt you will need tools as 8/10/12/14mm tells me is a Japanese truck. 😂. Tape, bailing/mechanics wire, and zip ties would be nice additions. I am not sure you are gaining much with the flip sockets and for me, I find they don’t go where I need them to go some times. I just take a piece of wire (scrap house wire) and run it through the sockets for an EDC kit.

You can remove the wrenches. You don't need them because you have the channel locks and the adjustable wrench and replace them with a foldable saw(Milwaukee handle) and/or a cutter as also suggested by previous comment

@@TylerSnyder305 I said trade name, not brand name. If you worked in the trades, and asked anyone for their “Channies” in the field, they’d give you a pump plier (tongue in grove plier), no matter what brand it may be. Same with if you asked someone for their “Kleins”, they’d give you their linesmans. Along with a “Crescent” wrench, someone will give you their adjustable wrench. I could go on and on, I see this all the time.

@@dylon537Ha ha ha, Reminds me of the fun we had at one shop calling tools properly by name and the new guys not knowing what we were asking for i.e. water pump pliers, diagonal cutters, electricians snips etc. Same shop, if you asked for Klein's you'd most likely be handed a 6 in 1. Fun times. We had a lot of tools and really required specific tools to get our jobs done.

Sew a strip or two of elastic in the middle where the “made in” label is. One for the knife, and room for one more flat item.

I assume that you would have access to tape/wire/zip ties etc for repairs. With my eyesight and dexterity deteriorating as I age I find a magnetic pickup tool & an inspection mirror invaluable, and they shouldn’t take much space in your kit.
