    i belive it says that feet are supposed to be together, so that the ankles touches each other

    As far as i am aware, the patient needs to have their feet together and touching to minimise the size of the base.

    Positive Romberg is with eyes closed, not open. In a pt with proprioception problem, s/he can compensate (keep balance) via vision and vestibular function when eyes are open but not when they are closed.

      No a positive Romberg test can also be with eyes open but it will need to be recorded in the notes whether positive with eyes open or closed. It is not just used to detect proprioception. Swaying with eyes open could mean vestibular or cerebellar origin.

    Hands should be by their side and feet together? And positive could also indicate vestibular issue no? Seems like there's some stuff off in this vid...
