Ghibli is HUGE here in the west. All of my friends at least know Spirited Away and Totoro. Howl's Moving Castle is also a very well known movie here. I used to have a collection of all of Miyazaki's work and my favorite was Kiki's Delivery Service because I was the same age as her and it is a very good growing-up movie.

It's amazing how music evokes such emotion. I get this breath taking chest feeling and literally cry when I hear this piece every once and awhile. Man I haven't cried like this in a long time.
