There is no such thing as a right to protest in The United States.
1st Amendment:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
Peaceably to assemble in a public forum is a right subject to time, place and manner restrictions.
There is no such right granted in limited public forums or upon private property.
A great number of restrictions may be applied in a limited public forum and even more restrictions may be applied on private property.
Lol, yes there is, it's the right to peacefully assemble
Says nothing about place or time in constitution. You’re making up BS.
A "protest" which breaks no laws, rules, policies, codes, etc is permitted, IE "peaceful assembly. A "protest" which includes breaking laws, rules, policies, codes, etc is not permitted, IE "civil disobedience."
Stepping into civil disobedience can/may have law enforcement and legal ramifications@@BlackTarH
So like the NPR you view free speech as DANGEROUS. How liberal of you!!!
