I've used one or two drops Dawn dishwashing liquid in water with a soft toothbrush. Then I rinse, rinse, rinse. Never had any issues with it not working. Had it now over 3yrs.

Oh this came at a perfect time. I love the diffuser and oils. The one I have is the “Shine” it’s gorgeous. I know they have to be clean so glad you are showing use the proper way. Love Twinkle Twinkle & Sea salt and Grapefruit & Vetiver and sandalwood oils and still collecting. I would like the big daddy lol diffuser Christmas gift idea ta da.
Ty. That was helpful. I usually just use water to clean my premium diffuser. Pour it in then pour it out then dry it. I will have to get some vinegar.

Thank you so much for this video Lisa, I was too scared to use vinegar until now. My house today has a gentle whiff of vinegar today because I have nine (diffusers Not all Scentsy) doing the vinegar cycle. Those that have finished are spotless inside. I washed all of the shades in hot water with dish detergent so all are sparkly and fresh. They'll all be put to work tomorrow. Thanks again for you advice.

I love that that you did a video on this I do clean my once a month the same way you do and I wipe it out every time I use it when it runs out of water I wipe it out really good LOL I have the same amazing diffuser as you I absolutely love mine

Never head of that method... I don’t use scentsy oils but I do use doTERRA I just wipe mine out with Apple cider vinegar. I am going to try this.
I clean my diffuser out nightly, once a week I try to run just plain old tap water through it. Then if I see a lot of build up or if its running longer that 8 hours, ill add some vinegar to it.
I have a Young Living diffuser that was 250.00 and I clean mine with white vinegar. I've had mine since 2015. I don't do Scentsy oils in my Young Living diffuser but I do in my diffuser I got off of Amazon.
Didn't know how to to the deep clean for my diffusers. I have a Premium and a Deluxe Scentsy Diffuser, I have generally wipe them out with paper towel but not after every use only when I was Changing my diffuser when I would change my oils. Now I am going to clean after every use thank you so much for this video.

My disc nebulizer area has faint scratches there, is that okay? I was scrubbing what looked like a tiny black dot there, but only with a damp paper towel, and then noticed more scratches. I can’t tell in the video if there’s any wear and tear there, but I’m worried about it and was hoping you might have advice?
I cleaned my deluxe diffuser with scentsy counter clean and scentsy dish soap. After cleaning it it worked just like it was brand new
Did you diffuse the soapy water or just wipe it out? Did it get oil residue off the disk?
Hi just wondering if you could help me with my aspire diffuser. The light only goes to white. I know how to use it and enjoy the different colors but can ni longer get the colors to work. Is there a bulb I could order? Mine was a gift from my sister, she passed away and have no idea where she got it. I live on a Island in Alaska and we have no distributors here.

Hello Lisa and thank you for this video. My premium diffuser stopped diffusing and only the lights work. What can I do to make it work. This was a gift from a friend that moved to other country.
Oh no! So sorry to hear that your premium diffuser stopped working! Luckily it is covered under a limited lifetime warranty that Scentsy offers for the diffusers. Do you have a consultant that you are already working with? If so, you will need to start to process for the exchange with them.
