i love my ellia diffuser. got it for a christmas gift. think it was the $100 one but it can actually run for 18 hours straight without stopping. it’s impressive!
Very helpful cleaning tips, in a quick, concise, entertaining vide👍 Thank you!
So glad you liked it!
Mine I got for Christmas and it was 25 dollars and works really great
That's awesome!
Great video. I just started using one. Mostly at night. I use a few different oils in mine. So keeping it clean is necessary. I got one and my wife has one. I love it. I don’t tell the guys. But it relaxes me.
LOL! I love to hear that.
I threw mine away, wish I would of watched this first! 😝
😮 _That's too bad,_ they can be cleaned to help them last *much* longer!
Thank you. Not sure why I didn't think of that!
Glad I could help!
Informative! Nice work!
Amazing what a little vinegar and some cleaning out can do to extend the life of your diffuser.
Luv this video !
Thank you!!! Luv you for commenting!
Just cleaned all my diffusers with vinegar and a cotton bud, I soaked all the tops in soapy water and got a small brush in the books and crannies! They look amazingly clean now! And smell better too!
It's the small things in life that make us feel amazing. Like perfectly clean and running diffusers!
I have been swilling mine out with a jug of dish water, and kitchen paper, never thought of white vinegar, i use it for lots of things too! Will try it next time! Thank you x
Hope it can help.
Thank you 😊❤
You're welcome 😊
Love it🌼🌼🌼
Thank you! 😊
imo they should be cleaned by weekly if being used often. No one wants bacteria in the air
Great advice!
hi for the lumo diffuser, is the splash guard removable?
Are you referring to the top cover? If you are, Yes. It can be removed for cleaning. However, needs to be there to work correctly.
What is the best diffuser for a living room or other large space?
I personally use the Lumo diffuser in my living room and kitchen. (I have 2 diffuser set up with an open concept house) This diffuser can be set to 2, 4 or 10 hours and can cover 540 sq. feet. You can click here to snag one: doterra.me/qSQZ9bq2
I need to clean mine so badly ;)
I am with you girl!! The little one in the video was pretty gross. But it is shinning now. ;)
This helped so much thank you for this video I finally cleaned my diffusers 😊❤️💯👍🏿 one love from Canada 🇨🇦
Yah! I am so glad it was useful.
My pedal diffuser was so bad ot was making noise when I first rain it 😯 but thanks for your tips it's brand new again😂
YAH!!! I am so glad!!! Your comment seriously made me so happy!
May I know what camera and equipment do you use? :) thank you
Of course! I just a Panasonic Lumix 7. I shoot in 1080p 60fps. I just an external mic ($20 on amazon) And I have a few lights around to help brighten things up. Hope that helps.
Thank you! 😘
Vinegar smell must be strong while diffusing
YES! haha. I just did it in the bathroom with the window open. And it's only for a minute to clean it out.
I didn't know this is the correct way to clean diffuser. I rinsed my rather new diffuser under running water, and then dried it, filled it up with water. However, when I turned on the power, it refused to work!! I do not know what had happened while I rinsed it under the water? Could anyone kindly help me?
On some diffusers there is a small hole at the top on the rim. If too much water gets into it, they stop working. Did you ever get yours figured out?
My diffuser makes mist but it doesn't come up enough to leave the plastic cover :'^(
Awe man! What kind of diffuser do you have?
if you have a cool mist one clean the bottom part of the diffuser!! the oil could have gunked it up or check the air intake in the bottom for dust and dirt
but how do you clean it without your whole hose stinking of vinegar?
I do it in the bathrooms and it is never that bad. (Unless you are super sensitive to vinegar smell, then just leave it at the rinse.)
does it have to be white vinegar
I would stick to just white vinegar
The Daily Drop Society what if I don’t have white vinegar
@@Leba223 then buy some it is cheap at the store. Try dollar tree
Tita Sabala i use dawn dish soap😅😂 i haven’t had a issue for 4 years doing this twice a month. i wanted see other ways to clean them.
Well I used apple cider vinegar and it did the job 🤷🏿♀️💯.
My mist doesn’t work
On your diffuser it doesn't come out?
I have apple cider vinegar lol
I’m not too much of a measurer either!!
Another video says it isn’t recommended to stay on past 8 hours jus saying not that your wrong or the other person is right I just think for that part people should do research great video cheers
Oil diffusers in general
I definitely agree people should do research for what works for them. Most of my long running diffusers are interval diffuser, so they turn on and off throughout those long hours.
