I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia.. and no they are not being polite, nor are they trying to not hurt your feelings.. they have no integrity.. it's really disingenuous... we are all not like this.. If you offer help, if you have integrity, you stand behind that offer.. it's that simple.. it's your word.. and if something comes up that would prevent you from following through you should be upfront and still try to follow up with the help you offered if possible.. this video is 2 years old now, and I hope you found the help you needed and your business is doing well..
