Hi. when i put on hold the call there's no sound coming. It should have music while putting on hold or transferring the call. how to fix it? please i need help
by default there is no music, You have to provide background music device and keep playing your chosen music or company information all the time, and connect the audio out to your NEC System CO Line input (MOH - Music on hold) then required program accordingly.

Reception have 2 extension: 200, 199. When extension 200 busy, second call will transfer to 199. Please guide me. thks
