    I love this vest so much I've modified mine to fit all the kit required for a 100 mile race by adding two simple straps to the back pocket (an elastic band to keep a rolled up map and survival bag in place; and another velcro strap to keep the back pocket snug and reduce bounce). I also added a race number holder (a couple shoe laces) to supplement the back pocket... acting as a flap to close the back pocket for added security. for 2020, mines been through several marathons, a 55 mile race, 60 mile race and a 100 mile race. for 2021, I'm going to pair this with a running belt which is also a great way to stow/retrieve poles on the go, plus the weight would be distributed better.

      Man you have done a lot with your vest. That is awesome. It is amazing to hear that this vest is so durable too. Nice to know that you can put this vest through so many races and it still feels awesome.

    Yeah it did. I've been using a flip belt and hate stuff around my waist.

    you should turn around at least and show it from back side...also tell more about pockets..

      You can see the back side of the vest at Minute 8:21. Not much to the pockets. It is very minimum vest. But noted. Next review I will definitely talk more about storage.

    Hey Crew which running vests do you like to use?

      Mine is so old I forgot the brand. Nathan, I think. It has a bladder in the back, unlike me, my bladder is in the front.

      I use the Salomon Advance Skin 12. It’s pretty good. But i was considering getting a new one soon and was actually considering this one. Thanks for the review. Happy to have found your page bro!

    Can i put my mobile phone (huawei p30, 15x7 cm) into one of the front pockets in front of the flasks? Or are they too small and i will lose it?

    • @TyEpicReagan
      @TyEpicReagan  Před 2 lety +1

      You can for sure fit a phone into the front pockets. But, if you have to take the flasks out of the pockets a lot you might find that you'll have to reposition the stuff in your front pockets a lot. That can get a little annoying. But, if you use the straws that can help prevent that.
