ahhhh rejections! no one likes them and no ones likes talking about them either! It happens! ...and it sucks! The worst part is not knowing why you have gotten rejected from an agency. Im here to give you some of the reasons as to why agents feel you are "not the right fit" for them.
Remember, everyone gets rejected, from all types of jobs and in all sorts of ways. Though challenge yourself to work harder and figure out what it is you can improve on to better yourself. Just don't let it push you down! It happens to us all!

I've been applying to different agencies since the beginning of the year and I still keep getting rejected, what sucks is that I've seen other people get scouted right in front of me, lol they're living my dream, at this point I'm wondering if I should change up my look.😅
Why do agencies have a very polite approach on their hiring page where they mention, your digitals can be taken by a friend or at your house because we want to see a natural you. Is there a difference in their selection process?
thats true they do say that and for the most part you can do that. Iphone is fine, the most important thing is that you pose well and you have good lighting with nothing distracting behind you.

Hahah this is a great comment!!! Guys I can’t control it LOL it happens sometimes, it goes in an out. Sometimes I catch the “American accent” and then I go back to the way I actually speak - depends on who I’m talking to, my situation etc. haha
