From my understanding this option is only given to cadets who just require an oral exam for the COC. I received my NOE since October 2019, however I'm still waiting for three classes (Bridge Watchkeeping,ECDIS & EDH) as my University is unable to run these presently. Would I still be able to book an online exam?
Under normal circumstances, you would be expected to have passed all the written exams prior to doing the oral exam. Now under Min 620 "Candidates who had an NOE issued prior to the postponement of the oral examinations and only require to pass an oral exam to be issued with a CoC" hence till you complete the remaining modules and only require the oral exam to be issued with the CoC, it would appear you're stuck in limbo. Not the best sorry
