We cannot wait to get your Elite Series fog lamps to you! You're going to love them on your RAV4! If you get them installed, be sure to tag us on Instagram if you have an account to possibly be featured.
I've got these installed on a 2021 WRX STI and wanted to know what is this default beam setting at? Low or high? I drive. Lowered car and feel like the beam should be raised a bit more. Would those same concept apply to me as shown here in the video? I love these fogs and the light output is crazy! TIA
Our Elite Series Fog Lamps are most comparable to our Sport SS3 Fog Lights! The Elite Series also have more of an OEM-style appearance, as opposed to the off road appearance of the SS3s!
Fog lights should be pointed down towards the ground to give you the best visibility in bad weather, so the road is lit up without glare from the lights!
What happens if the light is too high, but you run out of adjustment screw to bring it down to the proper level? This is the case on my bronco on the passenger side. I had to raise my driver side because I couldn’t adjust my passenger any lower.
Hey there! In the case of your Bronco fog lights, we recommend adding a washer or two to the bottom two mounting screws to kick the bottom out a little bit more, allowing you to adjust them correctly!
Any suggestions on how to adjust these on a car that doesnt have this much ground clearance? How am i supposed to keep the car level and get to the adjustment screw at the same time? 😂
I have fogs from another brand but really appreciate the quick tutorial on aiming them properly.
Just got a pair for my new 2022 taco trd off-road
Dang look at that beam, i drive an 09' Matrix. I'm pretty sure these will fit, definitely gonna look into them.
Cheers from Chile!
Oh yeah! Thanks for the support!
I’ve got a pair of these coming for my gen5 rav4

Thank you for the support! It will be the same measurement formula for most vehicles (excluding lifted trucks)
@@diodedynamics what formula could be used for lifted trucks ?
@@WilliamSilvaOfficial It all depends on your lift, however with a 6"lift, 5-6 inches below your fog lights are a good benchmark!
Are the fog lights supposed to be aligned at the same level as your main headlights or lower?
Lower
Are these better than SS3 fogs?

If your lights are 5” how do you measure 25’ foot night. Is it really only 1” up the wall? Seems really low

@@diodedynamics alright. I can do that. But why did one light have so much more adjustment than the other?

You may be able to access the fog light assembly through the wheel well and the wheel cut to one side!!
