I know its one of the best for catching big waves, but i am talking about the whole infrastructure around surfing in Ireland and the amount of investment it receives is nothing compared to Auz, SA and USA. Thats why i said up and coming as it still has a long way to go.

I think 34F was air. Water probably around 10-15 C. A lot warmer.

@@SabosHub Dude, i was referring to air vs water temperature not converting 34 f to celcius. The minimum water temperature around Ireland for the whole year is 8c in january. This was spring.

Surfing is good and all, but I grew up body boarding. The feeling of body boarding is just better to me idk why, don't get me wrong but surfing is fun and all, but the memories and feeling of body boarding, it just doesn't compare

Some days I take the skimboard, some days I take the longboard, some days I take the shortboard but mostly I take the bodyboard. My 4yr old daughter caught here 1st wave last week., but she also has learnt to respect people. Anyway great video and taking the bodyboard out the back knowing where that lip is about to break and being able to carve that wave, after paddling out diving beneath waves and to pull off a nice trick, off the wall' is something only a respectable surfer will understand, surfing is surfing, no matter what your weapon of choice.. There are always a few who will never get far with dumb comments. when you head out it's important to look out for everyone, observe your surroundings and keep everyone safe, but the single most important thing on the big swells is to send it and survive ' do or die 🤙
Amazing getting slotted deep enough on that cold reef break to take a video of your bros getting slotted on the same wave, all with a head mount. Give this man a prize!! Nice to see this level fun being had!

I started as a boogie boarder as a kid and then on to surfing standing up. I still ride the odd wave in prone on my surfboard. Sometimes I'll ride prone a whole bunch of waves. These guys are having so much fun it stokes me up to want to get a boogie board again. Having good fun guys!!!

That's basically what I did in swimming class in Elementary School in order to learn swimming (with another board and without waves of course), but it's fun as hell!

I deeply doubt that anyone amongst the surf elite has enjoyed more being out there in the salt than these guys on this footage, at least this specific day... I don´t have ocean nearby where I live in Brazil but I bet none of them would exchange this for mainstream spotlight... I probably wouldn´t... Cheers!

Hi, I like boogie boarding, and can I get advice for not to wipe out? Cause whenever I catch a big wave, I wipe out. And go back to shore. I hate it! I also swallow water. So can I get a tip to not to wipe out? I plan to go to the beach next summer next year.
