  • Begining of every winter Delhi is engulfed by smoke. Air pollution begins to rise as the wheat sowing season begins. Farmers in Haryana and Punjab set their fields on fire as a quick way to get rid of the rice stubble from their fields. But this stubble burning has a massive impact on the air quality of North India. Is there a solution? A new technique of converting stubble into compost has been developed by the Indian Agriculture Research Institute in Pusa. This is called the PUSA Bio-Decomposer. Can this be a game-changer?

Hi - I know next to nothing about farming, but this looks really interesting. Does it deal with weed seeds, and with pest insects and nematodes?
Good luck, and I hope your hard work pays off as it deserves to.

this is about bio decomposer chemical which reduces rice stubble to compost. earlier farmers use to burn the stubble as they had no other choice to get rid of it and burning increased pollution level every year in november month. But now with this alternative choice they will have to burn plus it will maintain fertility of soil
