I remember last year there was once where he sped the video up too fast and still hadn't had the dimming effect yet. Later prolly some subs told him about that and he made the changes. Indeed a decent schmoove for viewers who may be going through epilepsy or something similar!
If Panga could've saved more Yoshmans then he'd be 11/10 considerate.
I think the creator of the last level focused to much on the secret exit that he completely forgot about the main exit
I want to believe the dev never intended for you to be able to pass that p-switch without failing, it was just poorly indicated and could've been hinted at better than the bullet bill launchers. That's my optimistic view at least.
That makes sense. Probably the creator figured that after losing the clear condition, you'd explore ahead to the pipe and find out it doesn't go anywhere, and then next time you'd try the piranha pipe instead.
pangas a true chad for dimming the screen during the coconut mall for the backwards reclaimed level. he looks out for everyone, keeping the flash level low so people with epilepsey or other similar circumstances can still watch. love you panga!

8:26 - I can 100% sympathize with your upstairs neighbor situation. I literally had the exact same experience 6 years ago. I'd been living in an apartment building for about 11 years, and then someone new moved into the apartment above me who started doing the *exact same* thing yours is - making loud thumping noises at all hours of the night, like bowling balls. I let my landlord know very early on, but he wasn't very good at, well, taking care of anything. Eventually I told him that if he wouldn't take care of it, I'd look for another place to live. (I was his longest tenured tenant at that point, by far, and probably the easiest, most low-key tenant he could hope for.) Probably about 6 months after the disturbances started, I finally found a much better place - a trailer in a nice park. All I can say is good luck to the landlord and whoever moved in after me.
I hope your situation can get resolved as well.

8:53 also this is weird: in the main world the ceiling of the airship is completed by hidden blocks, like all the way to the output pipe 9:43 but this isn't everything. On both right sides of the pipe-airship-structure there is a canon launcher. The first one shoots a p-ballon just above the hiddeb blocks and the other one shoots coins. Both can not be triggered as I see it. But this aint everything. Starting in the middle of entrance and exit the hidden block ceiling is extended all the way to the bottom. Why?

I've been thinking about how to make pick-a-paths interesting, giving time to run back is one way but my idea is to have each path have a different challenge instead. It seems obvious but I don't think I have seen it anywhere.
There's levels where the layout changes when you press a P-switch and lets you choose how you'll do it.
And levels with different paths classified by their difficulty.
It's not that common, but it makes for an interesting change of pace.
Wouldn’t that just be a pick-your-own-adventure type level and not a pick-a-path?
Taking inspiration from boo houses is probably your best bet; make it a maze where the "wrong" answers don't kill you, but inconvenience you in an entertaining enough way you don't mind picking wrong once or twice.
...I hadn't gotten to that part of the video yet.
@@lolbit5119 But "pick a path" pretty much implies "pick your own adventure", doesn't it? Picking a different path should automatically mean picking a different adventure. Unless you mean "pick a door/pipe", which is IMO not "pick a path" in any way and more or less a disguised dice roll.

*The P-switch stair to farm lives:* 15:53 Take the P-switch and make the big staircase (2-blocks steps, turned into a 3 block step and a 1 block step) to a usable staircase to get 3 lives with a shell.
Like he accidentally does at 16:09. A 2 block "stair step" turns into "two" single stair steps by removing 1 P-switch from the stack. Easy game :-)

Why not do a shell jump at the reclaimer level ?
If you don’t do a reclaimer, the shell will not hit the pow which unlocks the exit

No because if you look on the bottom left, there is a pow and a muncher next to the pipe. If he did a normal she’ll jump, the shell wouldn’t have hit the pow (because once you jump on a shell, it falls back down and doesn’t move)
