Getting Chores Done Around the Farm

Assessing the pasture recovery and checking in on our erosion control experiment. Relocating and mulching in some Hazelnut Bushes that we realized were going to be in the way of making hay. Checking on our Dexter Cattle. And fixing the portable fence protecting our mature Hickory trees where a sheep or goat ran through it. All in a days work here on the farm.

It is wonderful! The path we're on is not an easy one and there are some difficult moments, but the joy outweighs the hardship.
