3 Types of Cheeses - Brie, Cheddar & Blue Cheese
3 types of crackers
Olives
1-3 types of fruits - grapes, figs & pomegranates
1 honey dip
2 types of nuts - pumpkin seeds & candied pecans
Mini Pretzel Hotdogs
Hot dog of choice - you could also use meatballs instead
Pickles
Pretzel sticks
Grain Mustard - I used the one by Taste Elevated (Sweet & Tangy Mustard Seeds) from Wholefoods
Mini Fall Harvest Sandwich
Bread of choice
Goat cheese, you can substitute with cream cheese
Honey crip apple
Strawberry Compote - I used the one by Casa Farcella (I think I bought it at HEB)
Caramel Apple Dip
8oz cream cheese
3/4C of brown sugar
1/2C powder sugar
3/4C toffee bits
1T vanilla extract
Apple Cider Mimosas
1C apple cider
1T maple syrup
Cinnamon to taste
You can spike the apple cider with vodka and keep in in a decanter to serve with champagne or club soda.

This is one of my favorite videos. It's relaxing, and I have an urge to do a cheese board and have a nice tea get together.

I'm thinking a nice fritata with a cheesy hashbrown casserole similar to cracker barrel.
