- In this video I talk about the the FujiFilm GF 35-70mm lens. It's considered a budget lens for the GFX system, but it doesn't have "budget" performance. The lens is absolutely wonderful and the price that it can be bought for is, in my option, an absolute steal.

It's an absolutely amazing lens.I still got mine and I used a lot.I didn't buy the 32-64....it's a keeper
Same here! It’s a great lens.
I mostly shoot with primes since I typically do portraits but I think this is a great all rounder lens especially if you are starting out with the GFX system.
My dream lens is the Fujifilm 55mm f/1.7! And yes, I agree, the 35-70mm is a great starter lens for the system.
@@michaelbennettphoto The 55 and the 80 are both quite nice but I mostly use the 110 for portraits.
I have this lens and I love it! In addition to what you said, the smoothness of the zoom ring is amazing to me. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had many zoom lenses, but it’s so smooth! My only other zoom lens is the 70-300mm on x-mount, and the zoom is much less smooth.
My only hang up with this lens, and it’s small, is that it gets soft when you focus very close. It would be so fun to take photos of small things if it didn’t get so soft.
Yes that’s a good point! The process of extending the lens is really satisfying haha!
FIRST!
