The Fubuki is amazing! I was in a match, don't remember which one but the enemy where trying to capture our base with two cruisers, and with me being the fastest, I HAD to contest it or else they would've captured it.
I stumbled into the cap, and before long, I unleashed a deadly salvo of torpedoes into the cap, the first cruiser which was a Phoenix was deleted and the second one which was a French one I think, was heavily damaged.
Then on my right, I saw that a Pyotr Velihky was coming out behind an island, so as my torpedoes reloaded, I fired them and I sunk him as well! The cruiser which was heavily damaged decided to say hello to me but I switched to AP and as he exposed his broadside, I citatled him and I basically defended that whole cap, with of course my team of a few warships distracting them but it gave me the PERFECT WINDOW to UNLEASH STEAM.

I was the second T-61 (cyborg35), You had your revenge against me, before that I killed you in your Queen Elisabeth in ranked and later on your Nicolai I in Strait battles ^^ If I had little more health at the very end, there would have been a real duel Fubuki VS T-61. Good game.

This kind of reminds me when in one match I was in a Algérie and I was on straight I think and I launched my torps and some Fubuki got to taste my torps less than a minute or two into the match. It was really funny and I killed him

Spartan is the best
A very good example of staying stealthy in Japanese destroyers. However, you had a stealth shot or two on aoba as you were coming around from C at 8:50. He couldn't spot you as the rocky point blocked his view. If you had parked there and shot him I believe you might have taken him out there and then. The other ships were too far away to spot you and the T 61 was well behind the island . Often destroyers loose fights on contact with other destroyers because they get fixated on torpedoing, and seem to forget they also have guns. Ultimately, you made a real contribution to the win and that is what counts in the end.
I dont mind firing my guns but am apprehensive about firing at IJN cruisers because of how god IJN he is

how do you increase Fubuki's torpedoes range by that much? My Fubuki has a torpedoes range that almost aligns with the ship's detection range
One of the ship upgrades increases the range, then you can choose commander skills to buff it out to 11km
Got into it last night with a Mahan while I was in Akatsuki. Granted he’s tier 5 while I’m 6, but we were within 5k. I smoked him with 3 salvos before he fired once. After he was dead his torps sailed right past me....
A good example of a destroyer going for his torps when his guns are more than adequate. Trying to torp an experienced destroyer player you are engaged with is almost always, I did say almost, a waste of time, and time is precious under those circumstances. If you can aim and fire torps between gun reloads, sure. But the Mahan reloads too quickly for that, in my opinion.
Vince Morgan the only reason I survived that engagement was his use of torps over guns. No reason for me to take no damag while I got off 3 salvos. By the time his torps were around to launch I was already tucking behind and island as that third salvo sailed. If you’re going dd v dd one on one, using torps is a death sentence with no guarantee of a kill. Agreed sir!

How do you have a 4.8 detection range? Mine is 5.9 even with Raizo....

Eric Bey can be obtain via commander crates. He is a commander for the Germans
The way I got fubuki was I was like Mutsuki is so shit I’m never gonna play in it again so I used my free xp

Fubuki has 6 guns in 3 turrets and if you kite away it can outgun a T61 because slower RoF is compensated by higher alpha damage. gg.

Spartan Elite43 it’s not the colour more the font. I find it hard to read on my phone screen. Could just be me though. Keep up the good work cap!

Ranked battlers in devision should wait 30+ minutes if you ask me, because its ranked battles and it should be fair for players without a devision....

Man I really hate the Japanese destroyers, I feel they are way too overpowered. They practically go around the map the entire match completely undetected the whole time even if they are like 3km away from my battleship I cannot see them. On top of that it seems that their torps reach out and touch you from the other side of the map. I swear I be in matches where the nearest enemy dd is at least 18km away yet I see a giant wall of skill headed straight for me I mean do they torps even have a range limit even as low as tier 4? The torps they do have they have so many of and they are as quick as rockets not to mention they each hit for a good almost 15k and last but not least they may not have the best guns but they should be a lot worse than they are to make up for everything else OP about them. Sorry for the long rant Spartan I just hate Japanese destroyers so much and whenever I am in a battleship and see one onside of me I begin saying my prayers because I know no matter what I do I am not long for this world.
Take them out for a spin to Learn your enemy! Has helped me loads with my Battleship play!
As Spartan says. Play them for a while and learn their weaknesses. Never travel in a straight line at constant speed if you know, or suspect one is nearby. If you see an orphaned plane in the air not too far away, head in that direction if it's practical. Or try to draw the destroyer into a position where he is between you and other team mates. This will constrict his freedom of movement and increases the likelihood of him being spotted enormously. The golden rule, always choose them as a target over all other ships. So many players get fixated on shooting at something and completely miss killing the destroyer that is spotted, in range, and about to smack them with those nasty red fish.
Ranked has no business being in this game. Not enough people play it, and the entire ranking system is stupid
