- President Biden is asserting executive privilege over recordings of his interview with special counsel Robert Hur, according to letters sent from the White House and Justice Department to two GOP-led House committees. Congressional Republicans sought the recordings as part of their impeachment probe into the president and are now considering holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for denying their request. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.

Hur testified that the reason he declined prosecution of Joe Biden was that based on his interviews with Biden, he would come across to a jury as a "sympathetic, well meaning elderly man with a poor memory...", now, nothing about Biden shouts "well meaning or sympathetic", he's angry and arrogant, hateful and demeaning, but if Hur's testimony and refusal to prosecute him is based off those interviews, the American people are entitled to hear what was said and what led him to make the decision not to prosecute the POTUS. Based on the evidence and the facts, Biden is guilty, we all know this, because we saw the evidence.
