I probably watched the duga dive a hundred times and Tommy's reaction gets me every time. We all know that feeling of accomplishment, of achieving what we thought was impossible to do. It can be as simple as a power loop or complicated as diving a giant antenna, we all can relate.
I remember LeDrib's flight here in my hometown of Jacksonville. He absolutely nailed it with only having 1 quad and no practice run! Still remember watching that Chernobyl dive like it was yesterday during the peak Rotor Riot days.
Lurker. Don't comment a lot. Lovin' the deleted scenes. This one spoke to me. Fear of heights as a pilot. I do lots of backcountry skiing. Sometimes in gnarly terrain. But standing at the top of a cliff and looking over the edge is enough to make me physically ill. I think rock climbers are nuts. But in an FPV aircraft, you're the man. Rip that shit up.
You guys are so right flying from a moving vehicle is super hard. I did it at the combat park while riding in a tank and every single bump is a challenge
Hi Joshua I am asking a recommendation for fpv setup I already have a transmitter looking for a fpv drone, lipos and a charger, also an HD fpv goggles for under 1100$.
I believe Bardwell did say that there is a full version, I don’t remember where it’s available tho. edit: it’s on Vimeo. But it might just be 1080p higher but rate, rather than “directors cut”
The original edit of the film was intended for four, 50-minute episodes, to be released as a series on a streaming platform. When that didn't pan out, we decided to release it as a theatrical edit. Theatrical edits can't be 3+ hours long or nobody will watch them. So it had to be edited down to a theatrical length and lots of good content had to be cut out.
@@JoshuaBardwell I watched the whole flowstate documentary without blinking. i havent done that watching a movie since i saw the matrix in theaters as a teen

woah, deep man
The woodpecker level in Liftoff has made it immortal, even though the real Duga is now in a war torn country
Bro literally flies FPV and says I am scared of heights 😂😂😂😂
The whole bro thing is really getting old
Kevin is actually an airline pilot, also! 😮

This is insane!! So sick. Really interesting to hear about the process 🙌

The stress
i love ads. my eye are shitty quality anyways
Is there going to be a "director's cut" of the film? too much of the deleted content is good enough to be in the film.

All these deleted scenes are pretty good. Should have just made a FlowState pt.2 haha
Why the hell was this clip deleted? How much more is there?

@@MysteryD Dude that doesn't sound healthy. You should visit an eye doctor.👀💀
@@chicken69190 it's the only way to 1) enter the matrix and 2) achieve flowstate.
It was proven with science.
I thought it was "vimeo" pronounced like "video"....
I love these clips! Why weren’t they in the final film?
The film would have been over 3 hours if they were included.
@@JoshuaBardwell oh, that makes sense :) I definitely would have watched it anyway
Ah, got the first Like 😂
This needs a director, super extended cut.
RAD!!!
Nice tricks that make terrible shots
