If I needed permission to use the characters, i'm sorry I didn't ask, I wasn't sure if I had too. A lot of people might hate this and the idea of Fred being cheap about his computer, but I wanted to make this, so I made it, I am sorry about Fred getting mad over little things, please bear with me on this video, I don't plan to make an actual Scooby Doo Series. Also sorry for Fred being transparent at times, I had to add the videos thru a video editing software because it wouldn't play in The Video Maker.

Fred refused to try any of the operating system's programs because he was to angry at Pocoyo, who is inside the operating system, for outsmarting him by tricking him into crashing the operating system so Pocoyo could remove the program the destroys the operating system (the icon with the three people silhouettes on it)
