The idea of Caillou permanently being 4 years old was inspired by Taco Tube Animations, and I expanded it.
In my videos, Caillou is stuck at 4 years old because he and his family have a contract with WildBrain Ltd. to remain the same age for as long as the contract lasts. Caillou turned 4 in 1993 and then the Andersons, including all their relatives, signed a contract with Chouette Publishing, Inc. (the real life company that published the original "Caillou" books starting in 1989). The contract had them remain the same age they were in 1993 until the contract is destroyed. The contract was transferred to Cinar Corporation (Later Cookie Jar Entertainment Inc.) in 1996, and they still hold that contract to this day with WildBrain Ltd. (formerly DHX Media, Ltd, which bought Cookie Jar Entertainment in 2012). This idea I had for when I initially made this video was inspired by Taco Tube Animations keeping Caillou 4 because of a "contract". I get it that this is impossible in real life, but so is a lot of what happens in this video.

Fun Fact: The inspiration for the Sesame Street Express motorcoaches came from the Disney Magical Express, which provided free motor-coach services operated by Mears Destination Services from Orlando International Airport to the resorts at Walt Disney World for people staying on property. Unfortunately in January 2022 it was discontinued. I had in mind that the Sesame Street Express coaches travel to Sesame Street & its Hotel from LaGuardia Airport as well as John F. Kennedy International Airport & Newark Liberty International Airport. You could say they serve Penn Station & NYC's cruise terminals as well and that Mears operates the Sesame Street Express too. The "Sesame Street Express" brand I took directly from the 1995 toy train set of the same name by Tyco.
I also made up the Sesame Street Hotel in part because the Furry Arms Hotel (only seen in Sesame Street's now discontinued "Around the Corner" segments) was built for Muppets only and was too small for humans as shown in Sesame Street ep #3649 when Ted Robbins rents a room in the Furry Arms, according to the Muppet Wiki.

It's actually a good thing. Caillou kept throwing myriad tantrums. Most of the people who watched that show threw tantrums and lots of their parents banned that show in their houses, so PBS Kids decided to cancel that show, so that no one would be another Caillou. Also, Caillou sucks and he is bald, and even his own body says he doesn't even deserve hair. It's not because he has any kind of disease (e.g. progeria), although that's what some people think. It's basically the meaning of his name.
