    The street is named after Don Tomas Riosa, a prominent businessman and civic leader in the early 20th century. Riosa was the founder of the Tabaco Light and Power Company, which provided electricity to the city for many years. He was also a philanthropist who donated land and money for the construction of schools, hospitals, and other public buildings.
    Tabaco City is a beautiful city in the province of Albay, Philippines. It is known for its centuries-old church, the St. John the Baptist Church, which is one of the most impressive examples of Spanish colonial architecture in the country. The church was built in 1616 and has survived numerous earthquakes and natural disasters, including the 1814 eruption of Mayon Volcano.
    Tabaco City is also near the town of Tiwi, which is home to geothermal wells. These wells provide a source of renewable energy for the city and the surrounding area.
