  • He`d long since passed the audition John,
the blessings of George`s spirit lives on according to his works.
The songs speak volumes without a flashy/trashy video, I`ve kept this upload as simple as I could as a sign of respect for George.

Unfinished at the time of George's passing, Brainwashed stands as testament to the modest career of a modest man to whom the trappings of stardom really did mean nothing. If you find yourself unmoved by its warmth, sincerity and above all, wisdom not to exceed its boundaries, well, you're a very cold fish indeed.
In fact, a fish graces the key song on Brainwashed. ''Pisces Fish'' sets out George's ambitions and dreams as plainly as any song he's ever written. Dispensing with unnecessarily florid couplets he states, ''Rowers gliding on the river, Canadian geese crap along the bank, back wheel of my bike begins to quiver. The chain is wrapped around the crank'', before going on to tell us that he's ''a Pisces fish and the river runs through my soul.'' If it sounds quaint, it isn't. It's a simple song about the simple things that meant more to him than a high public profile.
It's worth noting that since 1987s Cloud Nine Harrison had, in effect retreated into a wholly private life filled with gardening and family. Like Lennon before him the world burst in (unbidden, in the form of a crazed assailant), yet he emerged whole, only to be brought down by circumstances beyond his control. In ''Rising Sun'' he talks of being, ''...almost a statistic inside a doctor's case'' and on ''Looking For My Life'' he longs for spiritual solace. Yet this album rarely dwells on personal negativity, despite the circumstances surrounding it. Instead he berates a world gone wrong (''Brainwashed'', ''P2 Vatican Blues (Last Saturday Night)'' and turns in a bunch of lovely, sad, love songs, tinged with regret yet lifted by his trademark slide guitar (''Stuck Inside A Cloud'' and ''Never Get Over You''). And let's not forget the charming ukulele turn on ''Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea'' that'll leave a grin on your face.
In an interview in 1999, Harrison announced the title of his next album to be Portrait of a Leg End, and played songs entitled "Valentine", "Pisces Fish", and "Brainwashed" During the promotion for the 2001 re-release of All Things Must Pass, Harrison joked that the name of the album would be Your Planet Is Doomed - Volume One.Y After recuperating from being attacked in his home by Michael Abram on 30 December 1999 Harrison focused on finishing the album, simultaneously sharing his ideas for all its details (from the sound of the finished songs to the album's artwork) with his son Dhani - information that ultimately proved very valuable.
Harrison successfully battled throat cancer in 1997; in 2001 he underwent surgery to remove a cancerous growth from one of his lungs, and radiotherapy for lung cancer which had metastasised to his brain. Once he realised it was an irreversible situation, he worked further on the album's songs-in conjunction with Dhani and his old collaborator Jeff Lynne-until he was unable to do more. Harrison's final work on the album was done at a recording studio in Switzerland shortly before his trip to the United States for cancer treatment. On 29 November 2001, Harrison died, leaving Brainwashed not quite finished, but with a guide to completing it in the hands of his son and Lynne. After a few months away from the project, both the younger Harrison and Lynne returned to working on George's final songs and added the appropriate instruments-as per their composer's specifications-to the recordings. So close to completion was the project that the two used the exact timetable and session bookings which George had booked. After 14 years of indefinite delays and some difficult but rewarding sessions, the work was done and George Harrison's final album was completed.
In 2004, Brainwashed's "Marwa Blues" won the Best Pop Instrumental Performance Grammy; Also that year, Harrison's former band mate Paul McCartney named the song as one of his all-time favorites. The album itself had also been nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album, as well as Best Male Pop Vocal Performance (for the track "Any Road").

George's musical career was far from ''modest'',its immense in output and very gifted lyrically and in melody/instrumentation. The rest of what you say is true,i was never unmoved by him from start to finish.

Anyway ! I believe that "THE MCCARTNEYCHANNEL" did try to explain this, but their explaination may have been hard to understand. "THEMCCARTNEYCHANNEL" was explaining that you should also watch the PART TWO video of the Brainwashed Album, in-order-for you to hear the entire album.
I hope you were able to locate PART TWO.
