  • Following the current situation and after the lockdown and closing of all educational institutions, Online Petroleum Academy (OPA) would like to take the initiative to hold some free webinars to Petroleum Engineering, Geology and Geoscience students to help them benefit from their time at home and gain new knowledge and information.
This comes as a continuous collaboration with SPE BAU Student Chapter, SPE LAU Student Chapter, SPE LU-Roumieh Student Chapter, NDU Petroleum Engineering Society; Engineering Society at Phoenicia University and our new partner AAPG LU Student Chapter.

Thanks for the video. One question, can we have high GR and then low neutron and high density? If yes, what does it mean?

Yes, in some cases of hot reservoir, that have high U, TH or k that makes GR getting high

Also One more question, can we have low GR (sand) and then high neutron and low density? If yes, what does it mean as well?
